I’ve been here for about 6 months. Worst apartment experience of my life. There has been 2 reported shootings in the complex while I have lived here. I’ve heard multiple random gunshots. August 9th, a man got shot and KILLED in my building! Connection at Buffalo pointe did not inform residents that this man died, they downplayed the entire situation. I heard the gun shots and the man who got shot crying. It was terrifying. I have 2 small kids and I fear for our safety. Security here is bs! I haven’t even see him here the last week or 2. When he is here he is literally sitting in his car with his feet up on the dash...it’s not comforting at all. I’m in the process of looking for somewhere else to stay because this is not the place for me and my family at all. Move here at your own risk!

There was a shooting here yesterday 8/09/21 @ around 6pm. I think the victim is in critical condition. The shots were very loud! Police are literally here right now. Scary stuff There are all walks of life here. Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing but security needs to be enhanced. Anyone can come into the gate. MAJOR ISSUE. It takes incidents like this unfortunately for things to change. I WILL BE RELOCATING.

This complex SUCKS! Units are great but office isn't trained well AT ALL. They didn't even know I was moving in when I showed up for moving day. Ive had bugs in my unit since the day I moved in and the pest control does not work. There are car thefts MONTHLY be aware before considering this place

The Connection team is always prompt with any request that I may have. They make sure maintenance requests get handled and they are friendly to all new and current residents. They make sure you are taken care of.

3 break ins within 2 months and not one ounce of care shown by the leasing office. How much does it cost to have a nightly security guard? Less than what all the residents are paying for window repair and increased premiums. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I want to commend the staff on what a wonderful job they have being doing since the stay-in orders. They have kept the residents informed by sending emails in reference to COVID updates and ways that we can stay safe, they have walked the property to say "hello" to residents, and have even placed cute signs in the windows. At a time when there is so much negativity and uncertainty, they have done an excellent job at bringing some positive vibes to the residents. Thank you all!!

Love this property. Great staff. Clean Grounds. My favorite part of this community is the gym. I canceled my gym membership and I do not regret it. Beautiful pool and amenities. I'm thoroughly enjoying my time here.

So far the stay has been pleasant i pray it remains that way. Its located in a great spot. The only thing that ive noticed is that The walls are thin. Ive heard Friends laughing and Ive heard people having Sex so theres that.

Staff seems lazy but nice community overall so far it's been great experience thus far. The staff doesn't answer the phone so that's a bit annoying and the staff seems fairly new. Kathy has a welcoming personality but her team.... ummm yeah

My experience at this community is great ! I love the environment and my apartment itself is gorgeous. The closets are very spacious and have great appliances . The community is also safe and secure as well !
