I have had a smooth move in process! I have only been moved in as a new resident for a week now but I really like it thus far! Administrative team members are always readily available for assisting with any questions, comments or concerns.

It's lovely I would definitely use again it's a great experience and wouldn't have chose anything different they made the home feel like a home away from home I love it here and wouldn't trade it for anything

This community, so far, has been great! I love the modern/ urban appeal and the office staff is amazing. I have only lived here a week and have recommended a few of my friends to lease here once their current leases are up. I love it!

The community is nice and location is fantastic! We've had few problems here. Maintenance is very efficient and kind. The place is fairly quiet, safety was an issue at first but it seems to have gotten a lot better.

The staff was very nice. They keep me informed on everything thing going on step by step. The online process was easy to complete. The community is very clean and quite. A heads up on the preferred payment option would have been nice.

Complex needs more speed bumps due to drivers speeding throughout the apartments. Maintenance are fast and they fix the issues quickly. I'm not sure about the other apartments but I'm in a one bedroom and I love the layout.

Excellent service always. Any maintenance issues are resolved swiftly. Safety was always first priority at the connection Buffalo Speedway it is the best choice. Parking is sometimes an issue but overall it's a great location to all shopping, entertainment spots and minutes from major freeways.

I love this community. The staff and tenants are peaceful and friendly and the Maintenance team does a great job with upkeep. Issues are resolved in a timely fashion and hallways and common areas are kept clean.

So far, so good. The community seems to have a lot of young people who can be rowdy, but I really like my apartment. Administrative staff are friendly and professional, as well as prompt in returning calls.

I absolutely love living here and the management is very quick and on their toes about everything. They are extremely professional and take care of all my needs. I never have to want for anything. Everything is well kept.
