I have lived here at Legacy for 7 months and I really like it. There is a lot of construction going on pretty much every day, but it is never a problem for me because they let us know ahead of time. I think they have pretty much re-done everything on the outside. The customer service I receive at the office is great, but I don't need to go there very much, just to pay my rent. It is easily the best bang for your buck in this area and I like the pool improvements.

I am new to Houston and I have had nothing but a positive experience since I got here a few months ago. I moved into a new upgraded apartment. I really like my kitchen and bathroom. They have a cool pool area too and I have covered parking & I can use their business center to print stuff if I need to sometimes. If everything keeps going great I will stay for at least another year.

This apartment complex should be tore down and rebuilt. They management has changed 4 times since I've lived here. The maintenance men are lazy they do not come in a proficient and timely manner and they sleep with the tenants and once the office is closed at 5:30 they walk around drunk. Safe is not a word that should be used when describing this complex. I have witnessed a gentleman known for selling drugs get into an altercation with another tenant pull out a loaded gun cock it and point it at the other gentleman in broad daylight where there's parents with their children at the playground. I have witnessed drug addicts prostitutes and drug dealers peddle through the complex with no regard. This complex has a terrifying ROACH INFESTATION. I had to get rid of all my furniture and my children's furniture because they were in there. They travel from my apartment to both of my vehicles. I had to even get rid of my kids carseats. One of my children i had to take to the emergency room to get there ear flushed because she had a roach in it. They only exterminate if you ask for it. I have been living here for four years and only had my carpet shampooed once. They never resurfaced anything nor did they repaint. The tub paint has peeled so bad that you can see rust.WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE

Incompetent managers from Arizona, that do not know what they are doing. They are corrupt, dishonest, useless, and lazy. Because they have a personal relationship with the owners of the company they get away with everything and anything! Poor management is ruining the reputation of Parawest and besides all their apartments look filthy.

I moved in here last week and I'm already regretful. My uncle is a HPD officer that patrols the area at night and has warned be about the home invasions, car break ins, drug dealers and prostitutes here. Last Thursday I turned in the "complaint checklist" they give you when you sign the lease and no action has been taken. There's a horrible roach infestation, mold on the bathtub knobs and refrigerator, closet shelves falling apart, bathroom cabinet wasn't even put in right (missing parts) AND our living room carpet wasn't put in properly either. Seems like they just painted over everything to make it look lovely, in reality, it's so bad. I moved in from Coral Club on Fondren to "live better" but I was WAY better off there than Legacy. Don't recommend it at all. Not to mention the huge holes in the parking lots, the dumpsters overflow and make the place smell like death AND the security camera's are located in a suck a** place. Stay away from here! I would give this place a negative 10 stars but unfortunately I have to select 1 to even submit this review.
