I'm a current resident since July of 2015 and have enjoyed living here. The management staff is always friendly and attentive to any maintenance requests in a timely manner. We don't have kids but I feel safe (there's an elementary school right behind us) and the cross guard assists the kiddos who aren't accompanied by their parents. I feel like the rent is reasonable for the quality provided (helpful management, safety, new appliances, location). My only complaints would be 1) The visitor parking. It seems that others have a lot more than just 2 vehicles (you get 2 parking passes) and all of the visitor parking is full by around 9/10 PM EVERY DAY! 2) When we first moved-in, we noticed a few of those itty bitty roaches (1 in the restroom, 1 in the living room, and another in the kitchen) and couldn't find where they were coming from. Management was notified and they came to spray inside and outside of our apartment the following day. Other than than that, my experience here has been great! The surrounding neighbors keep to themselves, so it's been a nice & calm environment to live in.

I have been living here for about 2.5 years & I just renewed a new lease for another year in July (which I regret). I moved here before the new management took over and the current management are making progress. Staff: The people in the office are nice and friendly . They change staff in the office almost every few months!! Sometimes you have to "keep bothering" them because they dont get back to you like they say they will. Maintenance: Nice people but try to have do things. My toilet stopped working and it was 4 days before they came to actually fix it (they kept saying they were going to come; Mind you I only have 1 toilet) ALMOST every maintenance emergency I have had they have taken days to actually fix the problem. ALL STAFF (MAINTENANCE & OFFICE STAFF) They now hav3 a golf cart 2hich they didnt have before and they think its okay to ride it on the sidewalk and when a resident is walking on the sidewalk they want you to move instead of letting you pass. (Has happened to me several times) Parking: is okay now that they have Stickers (for your car window) & visitors parking. Property: they do keep the property up. & the area is good. No noice no major crime ACTUAL APARTMENT: the roaches ar insane! No matter how much you spary, or call the exterminator. They are doing new appliances which are nice but doesn't take away the pest problem. Overall it's a 40% chance I'd reccomend this complex to anyone. Not bad complex but if you wanna get what you pay for keep looking

I moved in at the beginning of July. I have had some issues with the unit but they are fixed quickly. Maintenance are always on time and effective, I have not had any issues with the office. I wish my leasing agent (Ike) was still here but the other staff members are helpful. The ground is always clean, and my neighbors are friendly and quiet for the most part. I have some suspicion of some people however that comes with any place you live. My unit has black appliances, laminate wood flooring, full-size tub, and dark brown carpet upstairs which I love. Overall, I miss my granite, and hardwood flooring, but for the most part I love the price, and I don't have bed bugs.

I have been looking for an apartment for at least a month and was having a hard time because I wasn't comfortable with the people working there. As soon as I went into this office I knew I found the right place. They were really nice and I didn't have to chase them down or wait 20 minutes to get some help. I had to wait a little longer to move in because they didn't have the apartment I wanted for that time, but I did get one and a covered parking spot too. I cant wait to move in next month.

So glad I moved here and my place is metro-cool and I can't wait to have my friends over when I get all moved in. Best part is my job is just behind me on Richmond and 5 minutes to get to work. Been looking for awhile and once I saw them fixing up all the stuff when I drove by I came by to check it out. I can work out, they got two pools and I already met my neighbor. My sister is already jealous and talking about moving here too. I have new everything in my place. Its all good.

I had a really hard time looking for any two bedrooms available for me and little my brother within the area we work. My brother was able to look at one apartment but it was to small for what we wanted. So we decided to look a little farther but still within freeway distance. First I wanted to look online so I could save time and gas during my lunch breaks for a week until I picked 3 different apartments. I was able to get a few hours off work so I looked at the first two apartments until I found Legacy. It looked like they were under construction but looked very nice. Lucky me they had two bedrooms available and just had been upgraded. Black appliances, wood floors, big closets and washer/dryer connections. The staff was very professional unlike the other apartments I went to and made our hassle of moving a breeze. The only thing they could have done to help, was actually help us move our stuff ;-) What can I say 3rd times the charm!

I was here for 2.5 years, and I am so glad that I am moving. I'm not too picky but when it comes to roaches, that is a huge no no. This is MORE than an infestation. Nothing will kill them! I've even had to deal with bed bugs when I first moved in and it was hell! The only reason I stayed that long was because of the hassle of moving. They have upgraded the appliances inside and changed to hardwood floors. It would have been nice if the roaches weren't so many! The tubs are spray painted white and they crack & peel -_-

I put in a maintenance request with Ike and the same day it was taken care. the maintenance that arrived was polite and respectful. I appreciated how fast the service was and the care the front office put into it to make sure it got taken care of.

I have lived at this apt for the past year and it is horrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. first of all the prostitute problem that other people is saying is not true. I have come home late at night and have not seen any of that going on ever, but the roaches are horrible, you cant get rid of them because there are too many crack in the floors and walls, so no matter how much you exterminate they will always have a way to come back. the place has had some cars get broken into and the people can be a bit ------ depending on which side you stay on. my main problem other than the roaches is they have raised the rent twice to pay for the so called renovations they have done. when I first moved here it was 545, then they took it to 605, and now they want 665 which is ridiculous for this roach infested hellhole. NO ONE SHOULD MOVE HERE

DO NOT MHRS, THERE'S NEVER HOT WATER TO BATH WITH. THEY ARE ALWAYS CUTTING OFF HOT WATER OR ITS ALWAYS BEEN WORKED ON... MAINTENANCE ARE SLOW AF, SOME TIMES UR REQUEST WILL NEVER GET ATTENDED TOO. LIVED THERE FROM 2013-2015 SEEN ALL THE -------- ABOUT THE PLACE & NOW I AM WORRYING YOU, DO NOT STAY HERE. RENT IS HIGH AF. THEY LIE & NEVER WANNA HELP YOU. ALL THOSE DAMM TACO EATING -------- DO IS SIT IN THE OFFICE & DON'T DO ----. ROACHES ALL OVER THE PLACE. CANT HAVE UR CABLE UP ON YOUR ROOF AND FOR UR SAFETY THE GATES ARE ALWAYS OPENED. TOO MUCH RULES FOR A PIECE OF ---- APARTMENT. I HAVE HAD THE WORST LIVING AT THIS PLACE & WHOEVA WANTS TO LISTEN TO ME. GOOD CHOICE. OVE IN. ITS A -------- WORLD & THEY ONLY HELP THEIR PEOPLE.
