Excited for the new upgrades and being able to use the pool in the summer! The amenities are also being upgraded so that'll be really nice, especially the gym because I love working out and they'll have new machines.

Where do I begin, since the new company has taken over the property was five stars I can say now zero period. I have lived with this company for 4 years I hate going home now trash everywhere no security you can't go in the leasing office no one is there the maintenance there is none. I wish I could get out of my lease period. I'm upset that the previous company sold the property without notice and you have to go online to file a for any assistance of any kind of dog pooh on the ground and the power is horrible goes out if the wind blows hard three buildings was without power for two days REALLY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AT ALL

I'm moving out, but not because of anything bad about the apartment. Just getting closer to work. I've been here for two years and never had any serious problems. Every few months, the water would get turned off for repairs. I only ever had one maintenance request due to my A/C leaking onto the bathroom floor, but they got it fixed the same day. The cops get called in every once in awhile and fire trucks have showed up a few times. As long as you keep to yourself, there don't seem to be any problems. The washers and dryers were frequently broken. When the dryers do work, they don't always get hot enough to dry a load in a single cycle. Parking sucks if you have an apartment at the front of the complex. The gate has worked for maybe two days out the two years I've been here. It's usually just left open. The place has its issues, but nothing to get mad or scared about it. Quite a few tenants litter a lot, but I don't blame management for that. My neighbors weren't noisy, but that's just the luck of the draw. The office staff has always been friendly to me.
