I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Nancy and Ryanna for their incredible kindness and support during one of the hardest times in my life. After unexpectedly losing my job, I found myself struggling to pay rent and feeling incredibly vulnerable and embarrassed about my situation. From the very beginning, both Nancy and Ryanna were so sweet, understanding, and nonjudgmental. They worked with me to find a solution and even provided helpful resources to get me back on my feet. Their compassion and willingness to help truly put me at ease and made a difficult time feel a little less overwhelming. I’m deeply grateful for their support, it meant more than I can express. People like them make all the difference.

Traíls ay Eldridge Parkway has the best management i’ve ever experienced. Friendly, detailed oriented, very prompt. Theyve made living here a breeze. Nancy, Wendy and Ryanna make renting very easy! Maintenance has a very fast respond time

The first four years living here was really great. The staff were awesome and they really cared about the residents. They took the time to know the residents. Things have really changed in the past year in a half.

Overall a good experience. I have no real complaints about the property or management. And work order tickets I create there are completed in a timely manner. Issues that arise that affect the entire community are addressed immediately and with great communication.

I love that it is always clean! I love that the maintenance team goes above and beyond for this community. I also love that the neighbors look out for each other and try to connect so they aren't just strangers.
