Location: close to stores, eateries, and businesses Pros: Pool areas are beautiful, apt breezeways are brightly lighted, friendly neighbors Cons: Parking is limited. Needs overall landscaping improvement

The management team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests they really care about residents comfort. The maintenance staff deserves a special shout-out for being efficient and respectful of my time.

I've really enjoyed living at Trails at Eldridge Parkway. The employees are always kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. The appliances in the apartment are clean and well-maintained, which makes moving in and daily living much easier. I also love the resident events-they're a great way to meet neighbors and feel part of the community. Overall, this is a welcoming, well-kept place to call home.

Great place! Staff is on point and maintenance does a great job at taking care of the property and amenities. Landscaping needs some work but other than that I love living here. If you need help finding an apartment reach out to Nancy she’s the one that helped me lease mine.

Good and friendly, there are some issues with going out of the gates sometimes but other than that it's pretty nice. No dog park which sucks but it helps my dog get her exercise in because she is a larger breed.

The manager Nancy is a good manager The other lady, Wendy, is hit or miss. The maintenance worker are good people. Arrive on timely manner, are professional and clean up after themselves. The managers should make the residents accountable for the actions of their pets though. Residents are not the best at cleaning up their dog waste and I feel no consequences enables their actions

Been living here for about 4 months and everything has been running smoothly. The application was easy, and the staff are nice. Apartment was like brand new when I moved in. Definitely recommend Trails at Eldridge to anyone who wants to live in peace.

Management is GREAT! Maintenance is awesome, they fix things in a timely manner. Landscaping and curb appeal is gorgeous. Definitely love living here even though I’ve only been here for about 4 months now

If you don't have issues and never need the office for anything, you will be fine. They are not available if you are not able to physically walk in there. You issue will hav to wait u til u can go in the phone will not get answered on any day

I’ve been living at Trails at Eldridge for 2 years now and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such great maintenance and office team anywhere else. Thank you guys for everything you do! Special shoutout to Nancy and Humberto!
