I have been here at Carriage Hill/Woodborough for 7 months and wow have things changed! The new management team in the leasing office have made such a difference. My work orders are being completed in a timely manner, the landscaping has improved drastically, they are now having parties for the residents to get to know each other and they have been doing a lot of other things like new pool furniture and the enforcement of policies to ensure this is a desirable place to live. They are not tolerating people keeping dirty patios, messy balconies or abandoned cars in the parking lot. I think anyone that is involved in the neighborhood would be able to see the IMPROVEMENTS! I'm glad to call Carriage Hill and Woodborough HOME!

I am glad that I moved out of this place. It is going downhill. When I moved into the apartments, it was nothing like what it is today. They started doing move-in specials, and that’s when all the trouble began! There were times things were fixed in our apartment when my wife and I didn't even know that it was broken. It took a week to fix our dryer outlet. It took a week to fixed the AC! We were sleeping in the heat for days! Also it was in the summer! People hang out all night and drink! Beer cans were left all over the place. There was a stolen car that was stripped down, sitting on concrete blocks. One little spot on the carpet, they kept our deposit. It felt like I was living in poverty! Also the staff is down right incompetent! Don't move here! You will be sorry you did!

In my apt. I had no complaints it was a very spacious floorplan all the floorplans are pretty much spacious. My main problem was that as soon as the management combined the two properties Carriage Hill and the ------ property next door WOODBOROUGH, that's when most of my problems started to occur. My vehicle was broken into 6 times by some thugs that would come onto the property, I believe from Woodborough. There were occasions when the cops would be on the property 24/7, due to the massive amount of burglaries and domestic disputes on the property. The property claims to have a courtesy officer but, I never saw him out on the property..Another, complaint is that the management company WALDEN stunk!!They really never invested any $$ in the property the gates, were always open due to the amount of thugs and trash that started moving in with the $99.00 total move in specials, the property was always offering...They were desperate, thank GOD I left that place, IT'S ------!!!

i've lived in carriage hill since feb. it's not that bad of a place. some of the posts i agree with, you do have to ask numerous times for something to be fixed. i didn't start getting my mail there for about six weeks because of a lack of communication between the post office and the leasing office. i filled out my change of address card but my name was never in the box-be sure you check that if you're moving there. i've never been afraid to be outside there, but sometimes kids do play loud music or run around being loud.

Well, let's see, my garbage desposal broke the first day I was here and it leaked water all over the place. They lost my paperwork, so my refrigerator wasnt fixed on time and all of my food went bad. The manager rudely explained to me that it wasn't their fault and they couldn't replace my food for me. Someone plays extremely loud music every night in the parking lot, or a parking lot nearby. It's annoying. I've had notices posted on my door about an armed robbery and vandolism within the first month or two...I don't feel safe at all. I wouldn't even recommend this apartment to an enemy.
