Again the Virage Apt (100 Detering 77007)is block the sidewalk with their trash bins forcing walkers in the street. If I did this at my private residence IÆd get a ticket. Did they get ticketed? This is a common occurrence since they do no have the room for moving trucks and trash bins. This morning they had to push the bins in the street so the garage truck could pick them up bl
Once again the trash bins are in the street at 100 Detering, The Virage Apartments. This a common occurrence and has been reported many time with no action taken. If this was my car IÆd be ticketed. Why no action!!! Are you waiting for an accident?

311 Email request:The below pictures are from today at the Virage on 100 Detering but this is a common occurrence. The bins are blocking the road and our driveway. They have been there for over an hour. Im showing you this because a walker was almost hit by a car avoiding the bins and not noticing that walker. They said the trash company puts them there because their driveway is used also by moving van.
On Sunday, September 27, 2020, at approximately 9:30 am in the morning, the Virage apartments located at 100 Detering St, Houston, TX, 7707 placed 4 overflowing dumpsters near the street and next to the driveway of my townhome. The dumpsters were placed at the street and were still not picked up as of 11:00 am the following day (i.e. September 28, 2020). The dumpsters have been out for over 26 consecutive hours. PER THE CALLER, THE VIRAGE APARTMENTS ARE PUTTING DUMPSTERS, HEAVY TRASH, AND GARBAGE FROM MOVING OUT EVERY DAY AND IT IS VISIBLE FROM THE STREET. THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS SINCH THE NEW YEAR STARTED AND HAVE NOT MADE ANY CHANGES SINCE.
