“Pros: Close to the lake, Maintenance work is completed promptly (although It's not always done correctly), Nice views Cons: Marijuana and cigarette smoke from other units coming into your Auite via the vents, Unsavory characters in the building, Roaches and no regular pest control policy Thin walls and loud inconsiderate neighbors with nothing being done when complaints of loud noises and music reported, not worth the price parking lot, not worth the price laundry facility ($1.65 to wash and $1.75 to dry is absurd), Unsafe neighborhood”
