Pros: Close to the lake, Maintenance work is completed promptly (although It's not always done correctly), Nice views Cons: Marijuana and cigarette smoke from other units coming into your Auite via the vents, Unsavory characters in the building, Roaches and no regular pest control policy Thin walls and loud inconsiderate neighbors with nothing being done when complaints of loud noises and music reported, not worth the price parking lot, not worth the price laundry facility ($1.65 to wash and $1.75 to dry is absurd), Unsafe neighborhood

I would definitely recommend Oglesby Towers to any expecting to have a beautiful living experience. The Management staff is friendly, personable, professional

Pros: Close to the lake, Maintenance work is completed promptly (although it is not always done correctly), Nice views Cons: Marijuana and cigarette smoke from other units coming into your apartment via the vents, Unsavory characters in the building, Roaches and no regular pest control policy Thin walls and loud inconsiderate neighbors with nothing being done when complaints of loud noises and music reported, Overpriced parking lot, Overpriced laundry facility ($1.65 to wash and $1.75 to dry is absurd), Unsafe neighborhood
