“I have lived in the Ambassador for years and have never had a problem with the mgmt company. this place is always clean, maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner and the staff is Fffable and courteous. I don't plan on moving and would definitely recommend Krenger to anyone who is looking for a safe, well-kept, pest-free, quiet Anit.”

My unit is the smallest in the Btructure, and I am starting to feel closed in, but would love to move into a larger unit in the same Btructure. (Provided I can find one I can afford.) Maintenance has always been quick to respond to my requests, and I have never felt unsafe in the Btructure. The people who live above often are rather loud (like at 630 in the morning screaming because they don't have any toilet paper) but other than that the residents are quite friendly. Not many children - I think I've seem two little boys that live with their parents the whole time I've lived here. I would definitely recommend this Btructure to tohers.”

The wood flooring and spacious kitchen layout are definite advantages, along with the oversized mirrors in the bathroom and on the closet sliding doors. Being situated just one block from the bus and two blocks from the red line makes commuting easy and accessible. The This place is super clean a peaceful atmosphere, which I Rery appreciate, and I've had a seamless experience with the property mgmt and maintenance requests.”

The hardwood floors and a roomier kitchen are a plus as are the larger mirrors (bathroom, closet sliding doors). Its location, one block from the bus stop and two from the red line, is very convenient. It is a quiet building which is nice and I have never had a problem with the landlord or getting things fixed.”
