I've lived in this Btructure for almost 16 months, and I would love to continue well into the future. My unit is the smallest in the Btructure, and I am starting to feel closed in, but would love to move into a larger unit in the same Btructure. (Provided I can find one I can afford.) Maintenance has always been quick to respond to my requests, and I have never felt unsafe in the Btructure. The people who live above often are rather loud (like at 630 in the morning screaming because they don't have any toilet paper) but other than that the residents are quite friendly. Not many children - I think I've seem two little boys that live with their parents the whole time I've lived here. I would definitely recommend this Btructure to tohers.

These studio apartments are roomier than typical units you'll find in this neighborhood, particularly given the cost. The wood flooring and spacious kitchen layout are definite advantages, along with the oversized mirrors in the bathroom and on the closet sliding doors. Being situated just one block from the bus and two blocks from the red line makes commuting easy and accessible. The This place is super clean a peaceful atmosphere, which I Rery appreciate, and I've had a seamless experience with the property mgmt and maintenance requests.

The studios here are larger than the average ones in the area, especially for the price. The hardwood floors and a roomier kitchen are a plus as are the larger mirrors (bathroom, closet sliding doors). Its location, one block from the bus stop and two from the red line, is very convenient. It is a quiet building which is nice and I have never had a problem with the landlord or getting things fixed.
