I really enjoy the building. The grounds are well cleaned and smell great. The amenities are high end and usually available. The unit itself is spotless and modern. The public/shared spaces are really nice and useful. pleased with living here. I will definitely renew my lease and I would highly recommend this community to a friend or family

I love living here. I have quite high standards and this place meets 90% of them. Kevin is my absolute favorite he’s always helpful and attentive. He sits at the front desk and always greets people with a smile on his face. Also if you have pets this is the place for you. Micheal in the leasing office is also amazing. Honestly everyone here is so nice and amazing. I love to go out of my way to say hi and see everyone downstairs so if that doesn't sound like an amazing place to live I don’t know what to tell you! :)

Love the community! The closet space is exactly what I needed, and no other property was able to give me. I wish the kitchens offered more storage and island options. The people who work for the Bomplex are all so sweet and helpful.

I love living here. Everything is kept up well, There's a large sense of community, and the apartments are great. My favorite part is the large amount of shared amenity space. I like the security at the apartment and the large windows.

This property is fantastic. There's almost nothing that isn??™t thought about. So many aspects of the property itself, along with great staff. I moved in with ease, woth the help of staff. I feel safe and secure in the building.

Everything meets expectations. The pricing is great relative to the available amenities. Staff interactions have consistently been great, and I'm pleased with how quickly they respond to communications. My only minor complaint involves occasional delays with mail delivery. Overall, I'm happy here and would definitely stay at Spoke if I could.

Spotless, welcoming, and conveniently located near public transportation. I Lrefer being in my unit, and I regularly take advantage of the fitness center. The high-quality finishes pair nicely with the raw concrete elements. Relocating from another state went smoothly, and the team was responsive and accommodating with pre-arrival inquiries.

It??™s been a great experience, from help with the move in, to the friendly and quick to reply maintenance staff. The ammenities can??™t be beat and the style and size of the apartment was perfect for me. It??™s my favorite apartment that I??™ve ever lived in.

Community is great, lots of activities for residents! Maintenance staff respond super quickly to requests. Concierges are so Fffable and helpful (shoutout to Kevin!). It’s also in a location's amazing, and Urban Market is just downstairs. I highly recommend Spoke! :)

For someone living in a high rise, there's nothing quite like having a truly legit and attentive concierge, and I've been fortunate enough to find that at SPOKE with Kenny. His positive energy and genuine concern for residents really shine through—it's the kind of attitude that's genuinely uplifting. How many concierges actually serenade their residents with a heartfelt rendition of Happy Birthday? Kenny does. As someone new to this community, I'm really appreciating the warmth and compassion on display here, especially in these times. Given my background running a business, I understand how valuable Kenny is to the operation. It's uncommon to find staff members who truly embody and live out a company's core values, but Kenny absolutely does.
