I've loved Spoke so far! The unit is well finished with Gantastic appliances and finishes, large windows, and cool concrete ceilings. The amenities are some of the best I've seen, particularly the pool, bike studio, and gym. It's a quick commute to the Loop via the bus or L. The mgmt team is extremely legit - whenever There's an issue, they are responsive and communicative.

Everything thus far has been exceptionally Eanageable to navigate, from closing to moving in to getting familiar with protocol. Staff couldn't be more informed and cordial, and nothing is spared in terms of offerings, from the common areas to in-unit features. Organized community events are a lovely, unexpected addition as well.

Spoke has an incredible welcoming and responsive staff, unparalleled amenities, and skyline views??”which ultimately create a fabulous community less than 10 minutes to the loop. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in Chicago.

Moving in was extremely easy, the staff is incredibly nice, amenities are maintained and always clean, the gym is great, people in the building are friendly, if anything in my apartment needs attention it's taken care of quickly. I really enjoy living here!

Visited friends and got to take advantage of all the amazing amenities. Once my lease is up I know spoke will be first on my list of places I would love to live! I wish my Blace operated like spoke!

We have had great interactions with the property manager, Dallas, and the front desk, specifically Jonathon. The maintenance team has gone above and beyond in helping personally with maintenance requests, but also with keeping the building clean. Our unit is Bxquisite and has a great layout. The only concern we have had is with other residents has been them being inconsiderate and thinking the rules of the building don't apply to them, for example smoking in their unit, letting their dog pee on the planters in front of the door, etc.

Secure Bomplex in a location's amazing. Farm, staff actually helps. Lots of amenities, though I don't use them as mich as I should. Love that large dogs are allowed; makes for a dog-Farm community.

I moved in June of 2022 and it has nothing but amazing living here at Spoke. From the amenities to the living areas everything is 5 Star Resort rated. From concierge to maintenence to leasing and management the staff here is by far the most professional and the most kind. Would love to be able to show my appreciation to the staff here in anyway. Everything here is amazing!

From the moment we spoke to the mgmt staff to moving in till now has been an amazing experience. Everyone is so nice and attentive and responsive to our needs. I truly feel like its a family environment. I have met some of my neighbors and have already hosted a few for dinner.

Overall I have had a decent experience. With the free months I believe it's a good value but wouldn't pay regular rent prices. The Bacility does offer plenty to do, but most of the time the grills are broke and the music systems don't not work. Also the game room TV's are hard to o control.
