Great layouts. Nice interiors finishes. Great closets. Poorly constructed building in general. Common areas are messy and not kept very clean. Amenities are nice but there are maintenance issues with them.

Living at Luxe on Chicago has been great so far. We moved into the building as we wanted a lot of sunlight in our unit, building amenities, and safety. We are extremely pleased with all three! Out unit is beautiful, clean and the sunlight with the windows is amazing. The roof is an amazing amenity and we love utilizing it. The building is always clean and feels very safe as well. Would definitely recommend leasing at Luxe!

Overall experience is great! The package is disorganized at times and the front room tends to have a strange smell but clean besides that! Covid has been difficult because lots of things have been changed and havent gotten the full experience.

I have had a terrible experience with Luxe On Chicago since the day I signed my lease last year. The management is awful. I've sent multiple emails with no response. I've even used our online resident portal to submit maintenance requests that took a month for them to even look at or acknowledge. Our lease ends at the end of the month and it is currently the 19th and no one has reached out with regards to move out instructions or even asking us if we are resigning the lease. We have had nonstop issues with our cable/internet services since the building is pre-wired with AT&T/xfinity which resulted with us not being supplied with internet 75% of the entire 13 month lease. The exercise room has 2 treadmills which also never work. The free printing services offered in the business center never works and also never has ink or paper. The intercom system to get into the building is useless because if you have a guest over, you have to come all the way down to even let them in the elevator since you need key access to the floors. The walls are so thin in this building that I'm not sure why I'm hearing loud stomping and footsteps at all times when my apartment is on the top floor of this building. Overall, would not recommend this place - management is really disappointing.

luxe is a great place. its quiet but can also be socialmas wellmwith community events popping up every month. its great for me bedause inlove to use thengym and rooftop. all ammentiesnarenwell taken care of
