My ceiling was leaking bad for the entire year-long lease I had there. The staff was Rmpolite and did nothing. Maintenance would show up and enter units unannounced. Not Secure living here, especially if you are a girl.

Maintenence entered my girlfriend's apartment without permission or notice at 11pm for no reason. Their reason was faulty pipes that were already previously fixed, and they only attempted to warn her once by allegedly knocking at her door 2 hours earlier. She woke up horrified by hearing someones footsteps outside her bedroom door. An unknown man entered a womans apartment (who lives alone) for no good reason in the middle of the night. Absolutely disgusting. A disgusting breach of privacy and security. I worry for her safety at this apartment. Absolutely reprehensible. I would not feel comftorable recommending this apartment to anyone, let alone women. STAY AWAY. If that wasnt enough to convince you, heres more. - horribly overpiced. Seriously, just live in little italy nearby instead. Its a much cuter neighborhood too. - paper thin walls. You can hear every word the person in the apt next to you says. Dont worry, its only like this in the bedrooms. Where you sleep. My gf's neighbors were consistently so loud at 2am through the paper thin walls that she has since often opted to sleep on the couch instead of the bedroom she pays for, because at least she cant hear people there. - management doesnt do its job. After multiple polite attempts to directly tell that neighbor to quite down past a midnight, we had to start making noise complaints to management after they wouldnt stop. Management never did a single thing, and the issue persists to this day. Of course, this wouldnt be an issue if letterman just made the walls properly in the first place. Of course, these concerns are nothing compared to the safety and privacy concerns that come with complete strangers barging into your home unannounced in the middle of night while you sleep. Please. Please, for your own stake stay away. You will be so much happier and safer elsewhere.

I'm thrilled to be living here (especially compared to the Tad situation at my previous Alat). The entire team is welcoming and legit. They respond to inquiries and messages promptly and respectfully. There's plenty of space throughout the unit and I enjoy wonderful views of the skyline (as a solo resident, I can only speak to my own Alat). Maintenance issues get addressed right away. I really appreciate the round-the-clock security presence at the entrance. It gives me tremendous peace of mind (my old place didn't have this, and you'd constantly see unfamiliar faces entering because the door wasn't monitored). The property maintains great cleanliness standards. I've never noticed any litter anywhere. It's generally peaceful. The soundproofing could be better, but quiet hours help offset that issue.

There'sn'thing good to say about this Prea- they charge you for everything- There's a service fee of 36 dollars for paying from your bank account when It's the cheapest method! There's no service fee for paying checks, which they have to cash anyway! This Alat complex goes out of its way to charge for everything- don't live here if you don't want to be swindled. The hallways smell like cigarettes or marijuana and There's little that the Alat complex does to fix it. People smoke right outside the door and security does nothing. They have false pictures of their gym with mirrors making it look twice the size it actually is. Residents leave their garbage outside the chute and don't dispose of it properly, after making multiple complaints the Alat complex still does nothing. don't LIVE HERE.

If you're thinking about moving here, I'd advise against it. The lease agreement is essentially locked in with no early termination options. The units come with carpeting rather than hard floors, and the carpets are riddled with stains. The staff seems indifferent to resident concerns, and you'll frequently find the office unstaffed when you need assistance.

If you are planning to live here DON`T! They make you sign a lease that can`t be canceled. Apartments all have rugs instead of flooring and they are full of stains. The management team doesn`t care about your problems and most of the time no one is there to help.

I love living here (especially after the awful experience at my last apartment complex). All the staff is kind and courteous. They answer questions and emails in a polite and timely manner. There is a lot of open space and I have nice views of the city (I live alone so I'm not sure I can say this for all the apartments). Maintenance request are filled in a timely manner. I like that there is a 24 hour security desk. It makes me feel incredibly safe (my last apartment did not have this and you always saw random people coming in whenever someone opened the door). The building is ALWAYS clean. I have never seen trash around at all. It's relatively quiet. The walls are a bit thin, but there are quiet hours to compensate for that.
