New construction, numerous amenities and close to just about everything....what's not to like? Amazing views from all corner apartments. Dog park attached to the building. West Loop area right around the corner. Pool, gym, basketball court and community area are all top notch!

K2 is a beautiful building in an outstanding location. You'll love it here if you love your pet! Dogs are catered to as if they are family. The staff is pleasant and always ready to be of service. Location, location, location! Walking to distance to everything.

K2 is a great place to live. All of the staff members in the leasing office, at the front desk and maintenance workers are extreamly nice. I love that there is a dog park behind the building. If you are a dog lover this is the place to live! They als have events througout the year to get to know others in the building.

It's hard to describe how happy my wife and I are here. The building and amenities are as luxurious as it gets. The staff are incredible. The location is one of the most convenient in the city. The skyline views are mesmerizing. I can't imagine a better place to live in Chicago.

Great place Pets and smokers are always difficult to deal with Wish it had more close by dining spots, but I can walk to many Service personnel are very prompt Overall very satisfied Would like to find a same place in a warmer climate Rates could always be better, but cannot complain about general setup and amenities

As a single woman living alone, I truly value the safety and convenience k2 has to offer. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive and the building is always in great condition. Any maintenance request I have made has been fulfilled within the hour.

Building safe, in great condition and great views. Staff pleasant to work with and follow up has been quick. Good location, close to I 90 and the Blue Line. Parking is a little tight and while secured, its not totally enclosed and heated. For the rent in this building, I think that is an issue. Only one I have so far.

My overall experience has been positive thus far. I was drawn to the apartment/community mainly due to the incentives provided up-front. Once those burn off, the rental rates a very high for the size and quality of unit. I will not renew unless there was further incentive given upon my expiration date.
