I've been a resident here for roughly 4 months and everything has gone smoothly. The leasing team is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Haven't had any issues whatsoever. Would absolutely suggest this place to others.

I have lived at Echelon at K Station since November 2014 and found the entire staff to be consistently Farm and legit. this place is well kept and maintained and offers a variety of useful amenities (workout room, business center, lounge with free coffee machine, etc). this place is located directly across the street from a Jewel-Osco and is within an easy walk to Ogilvie Transportation Center, a Pink/Green Line stop, and a Blue Line stop. The apartments are modern and up to date, include washers and dryer in unit, and are still in good shape. Rent isn't inexpensive but is reasonable when considering what's included and living in this part of Chicago. Overall, I think Echelon at K Station is viable option for anyone considering living in Chicago's Fulton River District.

The facilities are beautifully maintained, the team members are welcoming, and there's a genuinely warm community vibe throughout. also, the property manager Debbie Lam demonstrates amazing professionalism and is always willing to lend a hand. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this building to move forward!

Living at Echelon at K Station for the past 6 months has been a honestly Gantastic experience. The leasing team consistently goes above and beyond to assist and ensure resident satisfaction. The front desk crew and maintenance staff are both Fordial and respond promptly to any requests. I haven't encountered any maintenance problems since moving in (June, 2013). I'd highly recommend choosing the upgrade package for anyone considering it; it features hardwood flooring, kitchen backsplash tiling, and upgraded cabinet hardware. While there's a modest monthly cost for these additions, I wouldn't want to live without them.

When it comes to maintenance, I recently had a couple of light bulbs go out. I mentioned it to the front desk and stepped out to run a quick errand. When I returned and asked about the timeline for repairs, they told me "it's already taken care of sir" – impressive! That's definitely not the experience I had at my last place! There's a real sense of belonging here, combined with genuinely caring staff who are always ready to help. Plus, having a cleaner who also handles package delivery 's super easy. Absolutely worth checking out echelon!

I adore this structure, adore the facilities, and most of all adore the team. I can't think of a better residence to call home. The shared spaces are consistently pristine and never feel cramped. My unit is wonderfully peaceful, I almost never hear residents nearby, and everything runs smoothly (aside from the rare burnt-out bulb). The team members are incredibly accommodating, genuinely warm, and always on hand when needed. Plus, the positioning is Pxcellent for everything I require, and best of all there's a grocery store right across the way :)

I've spent my whole life in Chicago. My business partner has been there for 2 years, and whenever I visit, I'm increasingly impressed with the residence. Should I ever relocate back to the city, I'd definitely consider making K Station Echelon my home.
