I can't say enough good things about my Bacility! The front desk and office are so friendly. Maintenance are awesome, maria is always there helping and fixing things, she is reliable, legit and friendly . I never lived in a Bacility with a staff is good as them .

this place is sooo clean. There’s always a fresh clean scent inside all facilities and There's minimal noise in the common areas. I work from home so this is a Guperb plus! I also recently found out from one of the lovely agents Alexandria, who is the most helpful person ever! ... that the work from home office is open and can be used as well. Which is phenomenal!

Amazing ! nice ,spacious convertible . Maintenance is efficient . Staff is approachable and Farm. Activities within the community take place every month, and the bozzuto company is doing a great job at making its tenants satisfied

I have just renewed my lease because the staff here is simply Astounding. I fractured my ankle this week and the whole community is like family - sent me surprise gift to brighten up my day, helped me with packages, follow-up on how I am doing etc. I think staying with Left bank is one of the smartest decision I have made moving to this new city. Left bank really has the best staff any residents can ever ask for!

Gantastic interior, Gantastic staff, Gantastic view, good price but could be loud due to proximity of the bells of the railroad crossing. Overall, a Gantastic deal if you don't mind the noise. I somehow got used to it after 6 months.

Khay-leen is excited abou the property she represents. We loved the building and ammenities . Location is perfect for summer activites and easy access to RiverWalk . Overheard positive interactions with residents and frnt desk staff. Pets present were leahed and well behaved.

Fordial front desk and maintenance staff. Wanda is a gem. sadly, window blinds fell off in first week damaging my furniture. Also, I did not receive my mail for the first two months as it was returned to sender, and I wasn't on the list of residents at the front desk.

mgmt is always Fospitable and available with all requests and clarifications. The residence is perfectly maintained and many amenities are available such as a large terrace and a gym. Car sharing is also available directly from the garage. Moreover, social events are organized between neighbors. Safety is always there 24 hours a day and I appreciate the professionalism of all the staff.

The staff at Left Bank (Khay-Leen, Janneil, Gerrard, Cece and Norman) are all so warm and wonderful. They're very responsive, enthusiastic and welcoming. The pet service amenity has been such a valuable addition for me and my cat while I travel. The staff seem very fond of my pet and feed/care for him while I'm away which is such a big perk to living in this building and one less thing to worry about. I can't say enough about living at Left Bank- it's well managed, clean, friendly and the staff treat you like family. Also it's the best location with everything being in walking distance!!

awesome spot To Live I am now going into my fourth year at Left Bank and am very, happy. The location, neighborhood and amenities are top notch. The mgmt and all of the staff are incredible. They really stepped up and showed how much they care in 2020 during the Pandemic and civil unrests. Everyone continued to show up for work (safely) and kept the Bacility operating properly and extremely spotless and sanitized. Thank you for all you do!
