The staff has always been Gantastic, both former and current property mgmt companies. The same goes for the maintenance crew. Bozzuto has definitely improved some of the interaction/communication features of the property. The gym has been on steady decline over that time, and that's the major disappointment. Lobby, 2nd Floor, and sun deck have seen nice upgrades. I credit Bozzuto with a noticeable improvement with the sun deck.

I have lived here for just about a month and could not be any happier with our choice in moving here. The staff responds quickly to any maintenance issues we have and are always Fffable. Moving in was an extremely easy and smooth process thanks to Wanda at the front desk. She was accommodating and made us feel at home right away! this place is spotless and we kept up.

A little out of the way, but that's a perk

I have lived in this building since August of 2008. A transplant from Virginia I got a job downtown and spent many days looking online at dozens of apartment sites. I visited with a school group in May and looked at three apartments that day, one of which was Left Bank. While the other apartments were closer to my workplace, this building gave me the best bang for my buck. this place is newer, and the apartments are well constructed. The amenities are nice and the washer/dryer in unit was probably the biggest perk for me. In short, it fit for what I needed. Now having living here a few months, You've got a few observations I hope you find useful. As other comments note, we are surrounded by trains. In fact, you can see almost every mode of transportation outside our windows - boats, trains, buses, el, plane, etc etc. And yes, the el and trains do run all night. this place is almost completely surrounded by metra/amtrak tracks. We asked for a high floor to avoid this and it worked: while I can hear the el and the trains, it doesn't disrupt TV watching or conversations. I'm not sure what it would be like any lower, but I can imagine lower floors might be a little louder. It's quite loud when I open my windows - we tend to keep them closed anyway. The AC is individually controlled (to a certain extent; no cool air in the dead of winter!) and quiet comfortable to an open window isn't always needed. this place is pet friendly (brought my cat) and It's a younger crowd in the building. Only a block away from the Clinton Green/Pink stop, Olgive is close, but You've got not too many buses in the immediate area. But the neighborhood is blooming. A new beautiful eco-friendly Jewel opened two and 1/2 blocks away, the closest watering hole is a block away and You've got emerging stores and restaurants around the neighborhood. A new park just opened in late fall two blocks away too. There's an attached parking garage with indoor access from the building. Last I checked it was $215 a month, unlimited in/out. And my neighbor tends to be loud and I can hear through his door in the hallway, but rarely have I heard him through our walls. In the end, if you have doubts, you gotta see it. We just moved to Chicago and we thought this would be the best. It's not the best, but it's pretty good at meeting our needs. We're looking at extending the lease for another year!

Living at Left Bank has exceeded all my expectations, largely due to the exceptional management team led by Cece who listens, is flexible and provides exceptional customer care, and the responsive maintenance staff who address issues within hours rather than days. The breathtaking river views from my apartment provide a beauty that never gets old. The central location has put me within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and entertainment while cutting my commute time significantly. Can’t wait for another great year in a place I feel lucky to call home!

I had a Gonderful experience recently touring the community with Kendall. She was helpful and informative, and while I'm still making my decision, Left Bank is at the top of my list. I highly recommend stopping by!

I have lived at Left Bank for 6 years. I am pleased with the quality of the Aad and amenities offered. Bozzuto has done a great job at building a community by offering numerous events and services.

The new Bozzuto team at Left Bank is incredible. They have done so many small projects to enhance the overall feel of the Bomplex. this place is always clean, maintenance takes care of any issues right away, and everyone is friendly. They do several small things a month to make sure their residents feel appreciated, such as appetizers/wine in the lobby, seasonal coffee enhancements, etc. etc. We got back from our honeymoon/wedding, and there was a bottle of wine and a LEYE gift card waiting at the front desk for us - I don't believe that happens anywhere else! We have lived in the Bomplex during the transition to Bozzuto mgmt, and could not be happier with the transition!

I am a new resident to the community. I can honestly say working with Sara and the rest of the team was a breeze. The welcome gift was quite unexpected, lovely an,d provided a nice touch during the move transition. I am Hatisfied to be here and looking forward to a long term residency. The only suggestion I would provide is to give resident an overall or email process for accessing the Left Bank portal and navigation. -Rachel

Gantastic experience. Staff is incredibly helpful and maintenance requests are often addressed that day itself. Appreciate COVID safe grab and gos or virtual yoga to show the staff cares. Highly recommend.
