Outstanding community, incredible staff and great location. Facilities were kept clean and sanitized during the pandemic and a lot of focus on the safety of residents. Always a smiling face there to welcome you.

I had the pleasure of working with Mia when exploring Left Bank apartments. She was EXTREMELY helpful and served as an exceptional resource. Mia has made out moving in-process very seamless. She gets an 11/10 from me :)

Staff is amazing - not management, the actual staff. Management is awful and listens to no concerns especially Fetch. Used to be nice living here until they got Fetch. My company sent me extremely important items needed for a presentation - received it after my presentation due to Fetch. Credit card was compromised and bank shipped it, but didn't receive until 5 days later after a holiday weekend because of Fetch. Extended family member sent me a gift and asked why I returned it - Left Bank returned it because that person didn't know to send to some random warehouse! Are we supposed to tell all family, extended family, friends, our COMPANIES this random address in the event they ever want to possibly send us something? And then say - but don't send flower deliveries or birthday cards there, use my actual address. This is unbelievable we have to pay $20 a month for something so inconvenient and useless. Do better Left Bank.

Staff has been amazing and extremely helpful. The neighbors I have been in contact with are all very friendly and genuine. Besides the amazing looks of the apartments the main reason I love it here is the staff

I have lived in any states, and have rented approximately 50 times. Left Bank is the best! Why? The management team and all the employees go beyond my expectations! New Fetch package system is a little annoying that we have to pay for it when we should be able to receive packages for free at the building we live in, but otherwise the staff is very friendly and I'm happy so far with my unit.

Great experience. Staff is incredibly helpful and maintenance requests are often addressed that day itself. Appreciate COVID safe grab and gos or virtual yoga to show the staff cares. Highly recommend.

I have loved living here! Absolutely amazing management and staff. I feel so at home here and love the amenities and the unit. I think it’s a good price point for the area too and really cannot see myself living anywhere else. I love that it’s so dog friendly and that management does lots of events (like grab and go’s in the lobby). I can imagine when there’s not a pandemic there’s even more fun community events happening and I can’t wait to see what that will look like! Thanks for making Chicago home!!

I love living in Left Bank! The river view is gorgeous and makes working from home a true pleasure. The maintenance team is incredible responsible, helpful, and kind. The appliances and fixtures are new and modern. The amenities are clean and in great condition - I especially love the gym and outdoor terrace. Overall, so happy living here!
