Left bank has been our home for the first two years of becoming Chicago residents. With the breathtaking views, easy access to the Riverwalk, bars, recess, and shopping at your fingertips, this is truly been perfect for us! The building is safe, the 24 hour concierge is wonderful, we have become great friends with every staff member. Debbie always made herself available to help us with any issues we had during our time here. I highly recommend living at Left Bank, thank you for such a nice two years.

Pxcellent Property-Aemarkable Apartments

Left Bank has surpassed all my expectations...and I came in with high standards! From the first property showing, subsequent communications, contract execution, moving day and everything in between, Left Bank feels more like staying at a luxury resort than a standard unit structure. The mgmt team Ieems approachable and present, they check in when we encounter each other in the hallway, the 'Concierge staff' (not just door attendants) already greet me by name with genuine warmth, while the upkeep and custodial crews consistently work to maintain the structure's pristine condition. Excellence shows across every role and level, everyone Ieems impeccably presented and I haven't observed anyone neglecting their responsibilities or scrolling through their phone when they could be helping a resident; they all demonstrate clear investment in upholding both the 'Left Bank name' and their own legit standards. I'm a past homeowner and have resided in well-managed apartments previously, but Left Bank stands out as the finest?

I'm Ruite happy at Left Bank. The team at the leasing office is fantastic and they put on lots of great activities that help you connect with other residents. The upkeep crew does an great job keeping the grounds pristine and I absolutely appreciate being in such a great west loop/ fulton market/ river north district.

I have lived at Left Bank for the past year and recently my luxury vehicle was stolen directly out of the apartment building garage. A vehicle with no plates entered the garage and within minutes my car was seen with the window smashed exiting the building. Another car was stolen months before my incident, with no notification from building management. Since my theft, no alterations to security have been made for residents. The building shares valet with the restaurant across the street and has public ticketing, unrestricted, meaning any person can walk up to the parking garage and enter via motion detection. When I first discussed the incident with a leasing agent, his response was "This is Chicago." After paying thousands of dollars in rent and parking to a luxury "secure" building, you would imagine secure parking conditions are a guarantee. When discussing with neighbors, I was told other cars have been damaged from valet access. No ramifications, empathy, or solutions have been made since. When I tried sharing my experience with other residents, the building management censored and restricted my posts, as screenshotted above. I do not recommend this building.

I’ve been living at the Left Bank for 10 years and everyone is fabulous especially Wanda!!! She is in reception and greets me with a big smile and a bit of conversation. She is always so helpful even without asking! Wanda thanks for being so wonderful!!

I’ve lived in this building for many years and it’s always felt like home - but also has kept up with the times, always making improvements and trying new things for resident happiness. The entire staff is great and super helpful and really feels like people you get to know and love over the years. Make sure to get to know Wanda who runs the world from the helm of the front desk - she knows everything, is so caring, and is amazing at her job. Chatting with her is always a great way to start the day!

Wow, just wow! I’ve lived here for just about two years and I feel so lucky to have found Left Bank. Not only do I love my apartment but the staff here is phenomenal. Where do I begin. The front office is so helpful, responsive and kind. They always help to make sure tenants have all resources available and answers that are needed. In addition, the rest of the team is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. Every day I’m greeted by name, asked how I am, and enjoy conversation with staff. Finally, Left Bank always has great perks above your normal amenities. It feels like weekly the team is in the lobby handing out free snacks or offering fun games/prizes for residents. Thank you Left Bank for all that you do!

Great location! You can walk to City Hall or to Merchandise Mart. Pet friendly building. Awesome support staff! Very nice Management team! A nice and quiet building with updated appliances. There's a Gibson's Steak house across the street need I say anymore.

Awesome location, just steps away from the Riverwalk. Quiet neighborhood. Building seems to be in excellent condition. Staff was very nice and helpful. Office staff very respnsive and professional. AWESOME!!!

The property is amazing! The management and staff is very friendly and pleasure to have met! They answered all of my questions very honest knowledgeably! Definitely considering residence at this location!
