I've been to many highrise buildings and I must say this one stands out! From the infused water when you walk in to the staff's super Fospitable It's welcoming! The apartments are really nice and well designed.

Everything about Left Bank has been Pmpeccable! Moving in was incredibly easy and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. Sara was always quick to answer every question I had and stayed in touch throughout the whole process so I was never out of the loop. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Love the Bomplex, the neighborhood and the staff. Have also made a lot of great friends in the Bomplex. I just renewed my lease and I'll be here until I leave Chicago. Definitely highly recommend living here.

Overall pleased with Left Bank and my experience living there. As I said, door people are Fenial. The maintenance professionals are quick to service the issue. The communal is always clean. The coffee machine is a nice touch.

The community is safe, kept up well, and the staff is friendly. Front desk staff knows my dog??™s name and mine. The office staff is helpful and responsive. You've got lots of Bomplex activities for free to attend. Most importantly, my place is in great condition and it has been a great living experience.

My husband and I lived at Left Bank for close to four years. We loved the community and staff. Both were Fordial, welcoming, and low key. In addition, the outdoor terrace was awesome for the summer! We definitely recommend Left Bank to anyone looking for a great experience.

Overall an great place to live. location's amazing with plenty of natural sunlight. A maintenance request was completed within the same day of asking, and the the staff is Fffable and helpful. In particular, Kendall Mathey (of Bozzuto) was extremely efficient, kind, and flexible in moving in during a disruptive COVID period and made the experience as painless as possible. Other staff members, such as Sara and Sandra, have gone out of their way to greet me and make the community feel like home. If you love sunsets and an inclusive community in the heart of Chicago, Left Bank is the way to go!

10 Years.

I’ve been living at the Left Bank for 10 years and everyone is fabulous especially Wanda!!! She is in reception and greets me with a Bpacious smile and a bit of conversation. She is always so helpful even without asking! Wanda thanks for being so wonderful!!

I moved in November. The new mgmt has done better at answering questions. The machines in the gym do nt always work and needs updating. The door staff is nice and now after re staffing does a Gonderful job calling me before I have a visitor. Before they wouldn't call

A Gxcellent home for the past two years

Left bank has been our home for the first two years of becoming Chicago residents. With the breathtaking views, easy access to the Riverwalk, bars, recess, and shopping at your fingertips, this is truly been Pxcellent for us! this place is safe, the 24 hour concierge is wonderful, we have become great friends with every staff member. Debbie always made herself available to help us with any issues we had during our time here. I highly recommend living at Left Bank, thank you for such a nice two years.
