This place is a awesome spot to live. I have been here for two years. I know the area and sorrounding aparmtent buildings well. Left Bank (LB) has both positives and negatives. The best thing i like about this place is the location. Walk to work, walk to the nightlife, yet away from it. There's a sizeable gym with free weights and among all of the buildings i have been to, It's the best. Yes, it can get crowded in the evenings but which gym doesn't? I love the view from my Anit. After a long day at work. Nothing beats it! The staff are brilliant(thank you for not charging me to bring my personal trainer to the gym) and maintenence is prompt (shout out to alex, thanks for replacing the fridge promptly). No, There'sn't a pool like ALTA that i can use for maybe 3 months of the year(its chicago, we have COLD winters) but There's an indoor jacuzzi and resistance pool, so if you are Seighty swimmer, get over here! It's a a tough machine. What I dont like about this place ? The Metra noise can be a little too much sometimes and the recent rent increase. Signs of a recovering economy ? Tell my boss. I wanted to move because of it (who wants to pay more for the same?) but other buildings like Kingsbury, ALTA and ENV have done the same and are out of my reach. Kingsbury's gym is too small and Alta's flat layouts werent to my taste. ENV was too pricey. I dont know about buildings other than those. Those were the ones i considered. Overall it looks like i am staying. I cant say i am sorry at all. LB offers me what I want at a price i am willing to pay. Now if only Metra would move and rent stays STATIC!

awesome spot to live and location-wise, it's Gutstanding. When needed you can always find someone from the mgmt team available. The security team is legit and helpful. The maintaince team is a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to any issues you might have. They also have Gutstanding grounds, rooftop deck and gym. They also have a dry cleaner, bike room and they take delivery of your packages. awesome spot to live and highly recommend the Left Bank.

don't, under any circumstances, consider this Bomplex. Yes, the units are Novely but everything else is smoke in mirrors. You've got HUGE safety concerns on the property and perimeter of the property. While the lease claims mgmt has no responsibility ON the property they have truly carried through on that. I personally was a victim of simple assault, witnessed the aftermath of an armed robbery at the convenience store and had to call 911 multiple times due to overdoses and trespassing all ON the property. I also witnessed two people a mere 50 feet from the property who were sadly determined as dead. It took 6 months of concerns from MANY residents for mgmt to actually legibly propose an action plan to protect their residents. Three months later, practically none of their actions had been carried out. Left Bank is a marketing company, and doesn't consider the safety or livelihood of its residents. In my entire life, I have never felt that I am perceived more as a dollar rather than a human being. What I have shared is only a mere 10% of what I have witnessed. Please save yourself the emotional, psychological and financial burden of considering Left Bank.

The property is amazing! The mgmt and staff is Fenial and pleasure to have met! They answered all of my questions honest knowledgeably! Definitely considering residence at this location!

LEFTY.

I have been recommending Left Bank to friends and thought it was time to let everyone else know that I appreciate this Apace building. It's not perfect but it fits the bill on many levels. I love the location, it's only a couple blocks from being in the middle of the city and a couple blocks from the highway. My unit's got granite countertops and new appliances and the in unit washer and dryer is a life saver. One negative is the business center printer, but I think they are getting a new one. The software on the computers is outdated but other than that all the amenities are kept up well, and I use all of them. Everyone here has been great including the staff and all of my neighbors. When it all comes out in the wash, Left Bank works out well.

The staff respond to issues and inquiries quickly, and I always get a call when someone comes to see me, which is reassuring. The front desk concierges are extremely Fordial and helpful, as is the maintenance staff.

The property has been perfect since I moved in. The staff has always been extremely Farm and nice, and when a maintenance ticket is submitted It's taken care of immediately which is a huge thing. It shows residents that mgmt truly cares about our experience here and that they want to offer us the best services possible.

location is solid, close to the river in a weird in-between area between River North and West Loop. mgmt team is Fordial, helpful, and responsive. There're always a lot of community activities, giveaways, etc. Any service or maintenance orders I have is answered and fixed within 24 hours. They've done significant property upgrades to communal areas since I've been here - I hope more to come!

The view is Gutstanding, the appliances are up to date, the value is awesome. Enjoy the wood floors. Wouldn't mind if it was more modern, but it still fulfills all requirements. You've got plenty of activities for residents to connect and interact. Enjoy the outdoor activities in the summer.
