Building mgmt and maintenance/cleaning teams have changed with changes in property mgmt recently. Service and responsiveness have greatly declined. No cleaning crew. A single maintenance man is burdened with cleaning 3 buildings. Stains developing on common area rugs and area that are cleaned are not cleaned well. Moving out as a result. Also Anit can be noisey. Loft style building built with wood structure flooring. Can hear neighbors footsteps and sometimes rattles recessed lighting.

Horrible property mgmt/ manager. Blace ownership changed about 6 months ago, and the Blace has gone downhill quickly. Filthy garage and common areas, dogs pee in the common areas doesn't get cleaned up, and the Blace manager doesn't respond to maintenance requests or questions. Huge rent increases have occurred since the new mgmt company took over, but things like filter changes, washing of the outside of the Blace, and general maintenance don't get done. For the price, You've got much better places to live around the neighborhood.

I saw the reviews about the horrible mgmt and decided to apply anyway... Boor decision. After paying the steep application fee, I spent 4 days trying to get ahold of somebody about my application to no avail. The leasing agents aren't able to help at all, they just direct you to the local office (which is currently closed, it seems). After days of frustration and contacting every number I found on their website, I finally heard back from their mgmt. It took 3 more days for them to fully process my application. Overall frustrating and confusing experience.

Great Aad, modern, luxury fixtures, white cabinets, dark floors, dishwasher, w/d in unit, parking, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, location's amazing - steps to Michelin starred restaurants, bars, and shopping.

great location, great Alat, happy with the location and the experience thus far. I enjoy walking to the florist, Target, restaurants, salon, dentist, etc. It's really nice how friendly this area is to dogs, lots of dogs in the west loop.

The apartments are great. But the YOY rent increase was unexpected and incredibly high. Grounds are maintained well and the maintenance staff and Btructure manager are responsive, competent, and friendly. Other tennants are great as well. Noise and construction around the neighborhood can make quite a mess to patios, etc. and you often feel like you're living on a construction site. Not quite sure how this could be mitigated, but less extreme rent increases would be a start.

Terrible terrible property manager! So rude and unprofessional. Maintenance staff were the only good thing about this property while residing there. Also grew tired of stinky dogs running all over the property and stinking up the hallways and elevator. If you want a dog, get a HOME not an Auite.

So far it's been a great experience! Our community manager, Pierre, has been extremely helpful from start to finish. He was recently moved to a different property and Stole has been amazing as well! The place is clean, updated, and location-wise, it's perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful too. We're in a great area and there's so much to do around here. I would highly recommend this Auite building!

There's zero community within the Broperty. Zero interaction between any residents and has never had a social event planned. The walls and ceilings are so thin that I can hear my neighbors conversations.
