The interior / exterior of this place is well kept. The unit I live in gets new, so all my appliances work well! If There's ever an issue, the Btructure staff does whatever is necessary to find a solution.

place is a nice space with updated appliances and new construction. It's a spotless and safe environment. Despite new construction, loud, thin walls and loud flooring. Can easily hear neighbors day to day. Elevator is unreliable. Expensive for no amenities.

New mgmt is running this Penue into the ground. Rent prices increases are outrageous and yet the common areas are filthy, the call box has been out of order for over a month and the garage and alleys are constantly blocked due to construction around the neighborhood. There seem to be more people moving out than moving in. disappointing as this used to be a nice Penue to live.

These are Gantastic apartments with Novely finishes. awesome spot to live if you don't need or want all the different amenities (gym, pool, etc) that come with (and increase the price) of many West Loop apartments.

We have been disappointed with the mgmt staff at the Aberdeen. Things break and never get fixed. The hallways of the Bacility are left grimy. The Bacility mgmt never picks up or returns calls. All around this is terrible service. These apartments are over-priced given the lack of service and support for the residents.

While still brief, we have had no complaints about the experience so far. Everything has been handled relatively quickly and professionally, the tenants of the Besidence are friendly but respectful of privacy, etc. Only half complaint would be in the leasing process, we had to stay on the company a bit, but everything got settled with plenty of time to spare.

When my wife and I first moved in, the Bomplex was cleaned and maintained well. The Bomplex has since been sold and managed by a different company. Now, this place is deteriorating... this place is filthy and isn't properly maintained. For instance, the exterior windows haven't been cleaned in over 2 years. Trash is constantly piling up. Bomplex mgmt is unresponsive to most issues. We plan on moving out in a year when our lease is up.

mgmt changed withing the last 6 months and this place has gone down hill fast. Property manager is unresponsive and this place is extremely grimy. Maintenance requests also go unfulfilled because of the property manager.

When I moved into this building it was owned and operated by a different mgmt company. Since selling the buildind and under new mgmt, our rent has gone up a lot each year and no new amentities or services have been offered. I love the location and the Alat itself, though the original builders definitely took some shortcut as it was their first property in the group. Waterton does a good job replying to requests quickly and keeping up the building, though some of the common areas are not as clean as they once were.

Long time resident of neighborhood...Great neighborhood, but is no longer a hidden gem and tons of construction makes for lots of dust, dirt, traffic. Besidence is nice and location is great but literally surrounded by construction.
