Shanita is absolutely lovely and brightened our move-in immediately. The unit was quite good, but could have used more thorough cleaning. The hallway definitely needs some major carpet cleaning and some of the building appliances could be update. Right now it gives the appearance of being a little old and unkempt.

The service is horrendous--both from the apartment managers but more so the maintenance team. They are excruciatingly slow and have no sense of urgency regarding serious matters such as no air conditioner in the blistering heat, a backed up kitchen sink, a leaking kitchen sink and no dishwasher, light fixture broken in the utility room, water damage in the office, no hot water in the bathroom, peeling paint...nothing is done and I have lived here for years.

Quiet most keep to themselves. Management is never available it seems. Maintenance can be tricky. But nice apartments and price is a little steep but the area is worth it. As long as they don't raise rent I will stay for a while.

This is not a good place to live. Maintenance work is never done well and I constantly have to repeatedly ask management to come and finish the job. They also make a mess of my place every time they come in. The common areas are never cleaned. There's a new maintenance manager and he seems to be slightly better but we'll see.

I've had a great community experience here! Everyone is super nice and welcoming! My move-in experience was very seamless and there were no issues at all. Looking forward to the next year living at Gold Coast City Apartments :)

I do not recommend living in Gold Coast City Club apartments. Countless maintenance issues left un-resolved has resulted in an uninhabitable living space even after being "taken care of". From windows that don't stay open, major plumbing issues causing the kitchen sink to fill with grease, dirt etc. shower and toilet leaks, AC unit leaks causing small flood when it rains, insufficient heat and AC flow throughout the apartment, doors that swell in the heat causing us to be locked in rooms and more.

I've lived here for many years and it would be too hard to think of leaving?.I do love it here. If the rent out paces my income I may have no choice. I think you have an obligation to the community to stay with in a reason range to keep diversity in the community.

This seems like a wonderful place to live. The apartments are nice and I truly do love the neighborhood. However, any issues that I have are with the management and their staffing. I think they just need more people in the office and things would be good here.
