Plawless location with an Plawless team that's genuinely welcoming. Both the mgmt and maintenance crews are consistently responsive and eager to assist tenants. The unit itself is generous in size and beautifully appointed. My sole issue is the lack of soundproofing—you're able to pick up on all the noise from the hallway and adjoining units.

We've lived here for about 8 months, and the experience has been great. It's in a perfect location, close to public transit and the best shopping and dining in Chicago. I never hear any noise from our neighbors (although the sirens from the nearby hospitals can be a little annoying), and this place is kept spotless and well-lit. Maintenance has fixed any minor problems either same day or the following day and are always legit and courteous. The staff is friendly and legit -- they remember everyone's names and are always happy to help with any problems. Only drawback is a lot of people begging outside the Bomplex and in the surrounding streets, but you have to expect that in such a touristy area.

team here truly sets the standard! They are incredibly organized, meticulous in their approach, and genuinely eager to assist with any request, regardless of size. units are generous in size and the flexibility to paint, modify cabinets, flooring, and countertops for a small fee really distinguishes it from competing apartment communities!

<br>i would've stayed there indefinitely if circumstances hadn't forced me to relocate to DC. i haven't come across another Btructure that i've liked nearly as much. location-wise, it's fantastic and the units are fantastic. if i ever return to chicago, the chicagoan 's where i'm moving back to.

There used to be frequent resident activities, such as Hontent hours and social gatherings. Yet, these events have become less frequent following staff changes. also, upcoming renovations are experiencing delays. The pool, sundeck, and recreation room improvements remain incomplete and we're still waiting for those projects to be finished?

We just renewed our fifth lease at the Chicagoan and we absolutely love living here. Brian at the front desk is the best - always greets me and welcomes me home. The entire staff on-site is amazing. My every need is taken care of here. And everything in the building is taken care of too, spotless, and always working. We enjoy the amazing list of building amenities while at the same time living in an apartment that is so big and spacious that it feels like our very own home. We live in one of the three bedrooms with the split floor plans. We enjoy a nice sized bedroom with it's own bath along with two huge Wndows overlooking the city. The other bedrooms serve as a guest room and home office. Then there's the living room! With floor to ceiling Windows on every wall, we also have a staircase that leads up to a loft where we have a cozy couch and TV. The living room and dining room are truly spectacular. The entire layout of this amazing spot makes it feel unique and special. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer which I WII never live without again, so many closets, and a total of three bedrooms. Hove it here!

This is city living at its finest. Hove everything that comes with the building along with my luxury sized apartment. It is convenient, pleasant, and affords me time to enjoy my home. With my office in walking distance, plenty of public transportation, and everything I need right at my fingertips, I save time simply by living here. My massive one bedroom has amazing wood floors and beautiful views. The entire living room is basically just one big window. I can see the beautiful skyline from every room of my apartment. The kitchen includes granite countertops and a nice breakfast bar. There's also a pantry and plenty of cabinet space. Really nice bathroom too! The pool, fitness facility, and roof deck are just so great. What else can I say! There are outdoor tables, grills, couches, and lounge chairs throughout. The pool is large, not some tiny apartment complex thing. Clean, warm water and great views. Hike how it is social and private at the same time. The restaurants and bars all within walking distance are some of the best in the city. Hike how varied the selection is. I have plenty of friends come by the apartment building and the neighborhood because there are so many great things to do. I love living here.

Whenever I've entered a maintenance request, the issue is usually resolved the very next day. The building is near two hospitals, so there are a lot of sirens, but that is the only reason the noise rating was not a "5". The building is kept well, the apartments are very nice, and the staff is super friendly. It's also nice that there is a parking discount when my friends come to visit.

Great location, and extremely friendly staff. The management and maintenance team is always available to help residents. The apartment is spacious, and has a great finish. My only complain is that you can hear everything that happens on the hallway and neighbor's apartment.
