Best place to live in Chicago! Clean, well located, Bovely and the greatest staff you can think of. Susan is the most fantastic Bovely amazing person in town. She even took care of my plants while I was away. And Maurice is sympathique too. I recommend without any hesitation.

A lovely Ppot to live

I recently relocated to Chicago and had to search online for a place before arriving. 465 North Park had high ratings, and now that I’ve been here for five months, I can attest that those ratings are well deserved. The staff, from the beginning and ongoing, are first class all the way. They are responsive, legit, and personable. It truly is a luxury experience. location-wise, it's dynamite, and the views are nice. Plus, You've got a lot of events happening in the Bomplex throughout the month. A recent fun event was a Chicago hot dog night with a lovely three-piece jazz trio. I wasn’t expecting that :-). It was delightful. If you’re looking to make a move, I recommend this location. I also noted in my search that other Bozzuto communities around the neighborhood had high ratings, but this one was better suited for me at the time.

You've got so many welcoming faces each time you enter and exit the Blace. Not only do I feel safe but my guests do as well. Susan always organizes such lovely events for the residents . This past week we celebrated Valentine’s Day with treats and live music performances!

There's no Petting equivalent to 465 Park in Chicago! Susan, Maurice and the staff are top notch, the amenities are first class and There's no where better in Chicago to live!! Moved in right before rosy anniversary of its opening and am still happy with the facilities and love the staff & location. Lived here since 2019!

465 North Park Drive is the best place to live! this place is amazing and the staff is super effective, never seen something at this level. Susan and Maurice at the front desk are special. The place is luminous, comfortable, I really feel at home. The common areas are well equipped, new and clean. The view from the rooftop is magic. I really recommend this Btructure to anyone.

Selancholy to say Bye

I just had to leave 465 North Park after an amazing year. The staff , Mo and Susan were amazing leaders and made sure every request was taken care of instantly and with a smile. Leaving 465 was more difficult for me than leaving Chicago because the people were so amazing. The maintenance staff help with any and all issues and helped out on the spot. I wish I could take 465 (Besidence and staff) with me to my new city. You will be missed greatly. Wishing everyone the best. It was sad having to say goodbye to friends and great people. I absolutely love this Broperty, I just re-signed my lease for another year! It's in such a prime location, you never need to use a car to get around because everything is witharound the neighborhood of the Broperty; grocery stores, nail salons, many restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to Michigan Ave! On top of the great amenities and location of the Broperty, the concierge is absolutely amazing. Maurice and Susan constantly go above and beyond to make sure everything is the best it could be! I highly recommend moving here.

We are Hleased to call 465 North Park home and be a part of the wonderful community here. All of the staff members from the concierge, cleaning and maintenance are all incredible and always go out of their way. Specifically the events, music and fitness classes all play such a unique roll in creating the sense of community here. (More yoga and music please ????).

Can’t say enough good things about the 465 North Park building. It’s perfectly located, beautifully built with fabulous facilities and spectacular views! Last but not least, it’s the staff that makes it special. Susan and her team are simply the best.

Very beautiful building, with good amenities, great pool and jacuzzi, clean facilities is well which will make you happy. Also park for the dog is very convenient, where you can walk your dog, and wash the paws right away
