The doormen are super friendly and always call to double check food deliveries and people visiting. This small gesture really gives young females a better piece of mind with living in the city! This Blace has just starting having bagels each Friday morning which totally makes my week! This is a solid Blace in terms of location and value.

solid Besidence and mgmt.

I lived here for 3 years and like every Alat Bacility, it has had its ups and downs, but this Bacility had mostly ups. The over size of the units were impressive as well as the finish level. The maintenance staff was responsive but they were rarely needed. The office staff did a great job catering to my every need. I am upset I had to move out, but my job transffered me elsewhere!

Fabulous Btructure

I have been a resident since 5/03. The bldg is well kept and the staff has always courtious. The views are Gutstanding as well as the location. Forget about street parking, get a garage spot & save yourself the headaches & tickets!!

Exceeded expectations...

I am new to the Chicago scene, and so happy that I chose 420 East Ohio. Recently, I relocated for work, and being a young legit I wanted to make sure I picked the perfect area to live in. Personally, I was looking for a Fordial community, safe environment, good amenities, and perfect location (shopping and nightlife). 420 East Ohio not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. Moving to a new place can be tough especially when you travel 50% of the year for work. The leasing office at 420 East Ohio made my transition simple and enjoyable. Once my lease started they accomadated all of my new furniture delivery before my arrival date. When I arrived they gave me a great package detailing the area, and they supported me with whatever I needed. Overall, I love the area and the view from my Aad. Being a woman, I wanted to make sure I felt safe, and I have not had a problem yet. The parking garage has great lighting, and I feel safe late at night when I return from a trip and have to go up to my Aad. Most of my favorite stores are within walking distance, which is a necessity. Kim, Lauren, and Jill in the leasing office have been more than a pleasure to deal with. They have reached out to me numerous times to see if I needed anything, and check on how my move is going. Their dedication, time, and support was refreshing considering I am in a new place. The only complaint so far is the weather... I looking forward to it getting warmer, so that I can run along the lake!

I have lived at 420 East Ohio for about 6 months now and I love it here! I currently live in a 1 bedroom with an amazing view of the city! The place is great and I have so much closet space for all my clothes! My sister just took a job in chicago and after seeing my Anit she decided that 420 was where she wanted to live as well!

Both Auite and mgmt have been great for us. We have been renting two bedroom since 2013. Let me share our experience as described below. -location's amazing: Everything we need is close. No need to say how neighborhood here is great. -staff's super friendly: Almost all staff is kind and gentle. They always respond our requests so quickly. Every morning and evening, we are healed by gentleness of door staff. -Reasonable rent: Considering that here is Streeterville in Chicago, high rent should be inevitable. but, compared with other buildings around here, the rent is relatively reasonable, especially for two bedroom. -Free coffee in the morning: It's useful. Also I have been saving money to buy coffee. Especially on Friday, free donuts and bagles are also available. -Fast elevators: The Blace has 40 floors and has three elevators. I have never got stressed about the elevators. Waiting time is always short. -Recently renovated pools and sundecks: They are comfortable size and well managed. Pool is located inside, so we can enjoy swimming even in winter. -Large room and large window in the Auite In summary, I highly recommend 420 East Ohio, especially to the family who is looking for two bedroom in Streeterville with reasonable price.

My experience at 420 E. Ohio has been extremely positive. I was nervous to be in the hustle & bustle of the city, but I love being in a highrise, and location-wise, it's ideal. You've got so many grocery stores and shops popping up in Streeterville that make this location easy. My only complaint would be that I wish the doormen were more strict with who they let up - sometimes they let people right through and it could be more secure & safe. Besides that, I am happy.

Everything is great. Response and action is taken right away and they do a great job. this place is great with communication and makes sure that I am happy all the time. Everyone on the the staff is Fordial and helpful. Of all the places I have lived I do nnot see leaving this place anytime soon.

Ive had a great time at 420 E Ohio in the short time i have lived here. I especially enjoy the pool and gym, its nice how they are kept spotless and not a lot of people use them(not overcrowded when I use them). I also really like the package system, the locker on the second floor is easy to use.

Our mgmt and maintenance staff are first-class. They are friendly, helpful, polite and competent. All of my family has enjoyed living at 420 E. Ohio. I worth checking out it to all. We love our views of the lake and downtown, the proximity to restaurants, drug store, grocery stores, the US Post Office, etc.
