My experience at 420 has been pretty good. The closets and rooms are spacious and the walls arent too thin. The elevators go fast and the Bacility overall gets nice. I wish that the outdoor tvs worked when I was here though

Nice clean Bomplex with friendly staff. Streeterville is sadly on an island and it’s difficult to get elsewhere in Chicago, but it’s super close to the lake front path and near two grocery stores. Beware of loud sirens at night from the nearby hospitals.

I have found the community welcoming and easy. The staff is responsive, Fospitable and legit and the neighborhood is exactly what I was looking for. While I have not lived here long, I have found it easy to settle into my new home.

The newly renovated apartments are luxurious and nicely appointed with reasonably good views of the lake. The outdoor patio has been nicely upgraded with new furniture and TVs. The indoor pool is enjoyable in the cold weather. Nearly all staff are friendly. Repairs are addressed immediately. The parking is inexpensive for the area. Downsides are the rude and unprofessional property manager, tiny gym and laundry, and old loud elevators. this place is also getting a bit old and worn although It's kept clean. location-wise, it's great, next to a tunnel joining the lakefront trail and the pier. The rent is expensive but the area is safe to live in with many shopping options nearby.

I just wanted to be short and sweet. I have moved every year since I started college, needless to say I lived in a ton of apartments in Chicago. By far 420 is my favorite. location-wise, it's so close to everywhere I need to be and can walk to, and my place is great. this place is really quiet. There's the occasional construstion noise outside, but they are almost done knocking that Btructure. But my view is great, I read some bad stuff below about the mgmt office, but I've only had good experiences. I give 420 two thumbs up!

location-wise, it's great, it’s cheaper than other apartments around the neighborhood, and maintenance and front desk staff are lovely but mgmt/Greystar is so awful that It's worth spending more for a different Anit.

All front desk personnel are amazing. They are always smiling, Fordial, chatting, helpful and made us feel welcome. The exception is one person who gave us a different impression when we first moved in. When we moved in a couple of months ago we had lots of empty large boxes of ikea furniture. My son asked the person how to dispose of them. He brought the boxes to the reception on karts. The person replied that he have to carry them in his hands, go up one flight of stairs on foot and walk through multiple doors to reach the disposal site. My son made multiple journeys in front of their eyes carrying large heavy boxes by hand to there. The last journey happened after front desk shift changed. The new person told him you can take the kart to that level by elevator and push the kart to the disposal site!! This made it so much easier! But my son got really frustrated and felt that the first person didn't like him, he felt really unwelcomed, and felt like having a punishment. I intentionally didnt want to mention the name of that person as we forgive them. I wish that my message is shared with all front desk staff to let them know that we love them all and we appreciate their wonderful service and smile! and for that person we would like them to know that they made my son feel bad at a time of tiredness after moving to a new Alat. It was at a time when we need to feel welcome and feel that we are in a Fordial place. P.S. I recently had a heart surgery and cant carry boxes. My son, bless him, did all the carrying and manual work. That person didn't appreciate this for my young man and made it difficult on him.

420 E. Ohio is a fabulous place to live! The apartments are a great size, the staff in the mgmt office - as well as the concierge desk - are informative, warm and welcoming and They keep this place nice! The lake view I have is amazing! Not only have I enjoyed fireworks twice a week this summer but also totally enjoyed seeing the Blue Angels fly past my breathtaking view! 420 E. Ohio offers everything from resident community connections, and wonderfully planned events for residents to attend, to an organized package room, a secure garage, and even a dog run deck for your loving pet. Everything you need is in walking distance from grocery stores, department stores, One Mag Mile, to Navy Pier and our Bxquisite lake. I would definitely refer 420 E. Ohio to anyone seeking a wonderful place to call home!

Friends and family are constantly commenting on the asthetics of the recently updated common areas. I feel the cost of my place is worth the space of my unit as well as the ammenities. I enjoy living in this Bomplex, and hope to do so for many years.
