Terrible mgmt company and door staff that doesn't do anything. They are supposed to call residents to let them know if a delivery or visitor arrives, but never do. this place is also a mess with people letting their dogs pee and poop all over the place, including hallways, stairwells, elevators and the sundeck. Pets are not allowed on a Sunday, but mgmt doesn't bother to enforce the rule so You've got barking dogs and dog messes on the sundeck all the time. It's also supposed to be a smoke free Btructure but You've got all kinds of residents smoking pot in their apartments and mgmt doesn't do anything to curb the problem. This is a breach of contract for the tenants who signed the lease expecting the promised smoke-free environment.

really nice office staff and the door staff is superb. Personable and legit. AWFUL maintenance. Elevators are ALWAYS BROKEN. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes to get up and down. For those that live on high floors and are paying the premium pricing, It's a terrible disservice to the tenants. The building recently invested a lot of money in a Bxquisite "Internet Cafe", which holds about 125 people. It's NEVER USED BY ANYONE. Why oh why didn't they fix the elevators???? The reason they are always broken is "we are waiting on a part". Four months now. Ridiculous. My recommendation is don't live here. The pricing is premium while the service isn't.

Could you guys BE any more obvious? HAHAHAHA PLEASE. don't rent here. You know it´s pretty bad when mgmt has to bring up the reviews! This place is a loud --------.

Opinion: MCC is the place to be!
From: scb2003 Date: 10/10/2003

I recently stumbled upon this website and am disappointed in the residents that don't have the courage to consult the appropriate people when they have problems in their Apace. I moved here in August 2003 and am deeply satisfied with the service I receive here.

Renuinely nice place in a good neighborhood. Lots of amenities to enjoy such as an indoor pool, a gym, and a dry cleaning service. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and general shopping as well. Close to the loop and the transit station.

Its unfortunate I have to give this Btructure such a low score because it could be an amazing place to live if it weren't for the mgmt team. Natalie just plain ignores my emails. They started out giving me a proud to serve concession (rental discount for military)... that didn't even last the length of my lease. They just stopped applying it and wont respond to any emails about it. Most other reviews say the same thing, everyone else is friendly except for mgmt who seem like they couldnt care less about their residents. So if nothing goes wrong with your rent and you never have to deal with mgmt it may be a nice place for you, but im leaving after my lease is up. Good luck!

This is a pleasant community, young and well behaved overall. It's also a dog-owner paradise at the moment. Facilities are Gantastic and the staff is helpful. Events are arranged for important occasions and There's generally a good vibe.

My wife and I have been here since 1989. We moved to our current unit in the A tower in 2019. The proximity to work, cultural and other amenities have always been a strong point. Three disappointments about Arrive's mgmt include: 1) The use of Plaid to pay the rent. My bank strongly advises against giving any company (username/password) access to my banking account. Now I have to write a check every month like I use to decades ago. 2) Tawdry aesthetics (fake greenery in entry lobbies) 3) The name "Arrive Streeterville" Itays a real downer from "McClurg Court".

I recently stumbled upon this website and am disappointed in the residents that don't have the courage to consult the appropriate people when they have problems in their apartment. I moved here in August 2003 and am deeply satisfied with the service I receive here. First of all, location-wise, it's spectacular, being only one block from the lake and Navy Pier, three blocks from Michigan Ave, and has three grocery stores within three blocks from here. You've got always cabs right out your front door, You've got plenty of bus stops within eyesight. The door attendants are fabulous!! There's a 24 hour White Hen inside the building, so if you have a midnight craving or are fresh out of milk, you dont even have to leave the building! You've got other conveniences such as a dental office, dry cleaners, a receiving room, Lakeshore Athletic Club, a chinese restaurant, an up and coming remodeled movie theatre, and the Holiday Inn all within the inner hallway of the building. I mean, if you ask me, that pretty much spells easy and accomodating! In the apartment, you have high ceilings, lots of closet space and sturdy shelving, spectacular views of the lake and city, really good quality brand new kitchens and appliances. The bathrooms are beautiful, There's good water pressure and the showerhead is nice because you can adjust the stream amount. I rarely hear my neighbors, and when I do, it´s when they are unlocking their apartment and I hear their keys rattle. And even That's once in a great while!

About the office, they are all kind and try their best to do whatever they can to help a situation. I havent had anything unusual happen, but any kind of questions I have, they seem to have some kind of answer or resolution for. They are not God, so dont expect that!

Overall, McClurg Court is a wonderful place to live. For the people expressing unpleasant situations, they are probably unhappy people in general, and no one or nothing can satisfy them and nothing ever will. I strongly suggest considering living here!!
