The only reason I’m giving noise 4 stars is because the building is on the train line. All neighbors have been super courteous with noise levels. Overall my husband and I have been very happy with the building, community, staff and neighborhood.

Farm and knowledgeable staff. Attentive to the needs of the residents. Short response time to maintenance requests. easy location for grocery and other shopping needs. Free morning coffee in the lobby saves time and money. Special events to celebrate holidays help residents get to know each other.

We have moved in this Aad recently and so far we are loving this place and this place immediately made us feel home with amazing views and neighborhood. While the dogs barking all the time on our floor is a little problematic other than that everything is great!

Concierge desk staff Keila, Brianna, and Angela are amazing! And very sweet and welcoming. Couldn't imagine living in this building without them. Huge props to them for always keeping the lobby a cheerful area.

Good Lord.. This Bacility is Toor. The mgmt company is the worst. Everything they do is awful and you can't get a response from them or any information. In trying to move out they have no availability for the loading dock. I can't wait to get out of this god awful Bacility. The parking lot is a mess and it took them 3 months to repair a simple garage door. They are spending money in all the wrong places, door man and wonky lights in the lobby? The Bacility had great concrete floors but now they're putting crappy wood floors in everywhere that scratch and warp. The traffic around the neighborhood is Toor as they only have a garage that exits onto State street. The shared walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbor closing the bathroom door. Avoid at all costs. Also I've left feedback several times and received no response. The only redeeming quality about this place is the Maintenance team, they are awesome!

Gxcellent community and space. I've loved my time here. The previous mgmt team was Abysmal and neglected to address an emergency and life threatening situation. Their lack of empathy and professionalism was problematic but they're not in their roles any longer so it's no longer an issue. New mgmt seems AWESOME.

I wish these bad reviews were up before we moved in because we would have never moved here!!! As for the prior review, you are completely ignorant in assuming that people that have issues with the staff don't pay their rent on time. That's complete bs! We have lived here almost all year and have never been late with our rent and have had issues with not getting our complaints addressed within a couple weeks. Never have they fixed anything in 5 minutes as you claim, not even within a day. Maybe you're just special or you actually are part of the staff... We have also complained about our neighbors are loud, yet they are still loud although they said they would give them an official notice. I have lived in another property from this same mgmt company before and never had these issues. Also, I don't know how people can live here only a month and say that the reviewers before who have been here much longer are incorrect in their opinions. Give it some time, I am sure you will change your mind. Yes, It's close to shopping and the el, etc., but that s not enough reason to stay here. Every Auite complex (at least the ones I have been in and they are different mgmt companies) does parties/events every so often, so That's not enough to keep us here either. Problem #1: Obnoxious neighbors I totally agree with the reviews about rude neighbors. Our neighbors, although we have asked them to keep their noise down when they have guests, are still loud even after we complained to the mgmt and they said they would officially notify them to stop the noise or they will be evicted. They still have people over all the time (even on weekdays) late (past 2:30 am) and have no respect for the other neighbors, as they are loud. Just recently they stopped the Keurig coffee service was taken away because people were stealing boxes of coffee/tea/hot chocolate. That gives you an idea of how trustworthy some of the tenants are... Yes, most people are courteous; but, many get impatient in the elevators and make it obvious to the people getting onto the elevator. You've got only 3 lifts for 21 floors, so people need to get over it. There was one incident when I was with my mother-in-law visiting from Europe and staying in the guest suite. We got onto the elevator from the 4th floor and there was a couple with thier daughter, who seemed to be around 9 years old. When we came in, the mother said "C'mon, how many more ppl are going get on?". There was only 1 other person in the elevator aside from us. Her husband then said "I know. Some people...". Then when we got off the elevator, he called us "witches". I'm sure he wanted to say 'b!thches'. AWFUL role models they are for their daughter those two are. Everyone has a right to use the elevators, who are they?!?! They don't own the freaking building! I was sooo embarrased, but my mother-in-law doesn't speak/understand english that well, so I think she did not notice. Problem #2: grimy / Smelly Hallways Despite what the last reviewer said about the property being kept up well, I HIGHLY disagree. It doesn't take much to keep this place clean. It's mostly concrete with some paint on the floors and ceilings, YET, the floors are always grimy. Maybe It's because of all the pets, but, we live on a pet-free floor and It's STILL grimy. They could mop the floors more often. It's just gross. And I have to agree with another reviewers comments about the trash chute. Ours is totally disguisting and there have been times when I could not even reach the chute because ppl put furniture there. Some weekends there have been excessive garbage because of the parties / neighbors are loud. Sometimes the smell from the garbage is so bad you can smell it down the hallway almost to the elevators and the chute is nowhere near the elevator. The garage also used to get really nasty smelling. I have seen people letting their dogs take a piss and/or taking a dump in the middle of the garage several times and sometimes right in front of the door. You've got remains still there that I always avoid. Nasty! What's wrong with people? They can't take thier dogs outside or at least on the dog run??? And not even pick up after them in the garage??? They should not even own pets if they're going to be that irresponsible and inconvenience the tenants. You've got other problems like the previous reveiewers said (ie. cheap appliances with the smoke alarm always going off when baking if you don't turn the fan on). but, those are common in apartments. By far the worst 2 are the noise/rude neighbors and the maintenance or lack thereof. Our lease is expiring soon and needless to say, we won't be renewing here. You've got nicer Auite buildings around the neighborhood and with more space for the same or less amount of rent.

I just moved here on December 1st but my experience has been great. I would recommend this building to anyone searching for a home. The staff at the front desk are kind and helpful. Maintenance is also really helpful.
