Great experience with the area and development everyone has been friendly and the security concierge has been exceptional. I will recommend 1401 to everyone. The view has been phenomenal and the unit was extra tidy. I have no complaints at this time

I'm really impressed with how friendly and supportive everyone in this community is. Emily, our office manager, is fantastic and handles everything with great professionalism. The staff at the front desk are equally wonderful—they always go the extra mile to help. My pup absolutely adores the designated area we have for her here.

I spent enough time in this Bomplex since 2011 and I have been satisfied about the overall staying. Things have changed: some are better now and others can be always improved! I like the general mgmt, less the young ones which are lately changing all the time/ pretty often! So you feel they are new and can't really solve the problem or address your concern. So far good.

Absolutely adore the contemporary aesthetic! The community gatherings are fantastic! We relocated here back in September from the South. The winter was rough, but now that spring and summer are here it's an amazing spot to stroll to places or catch public transportation! Having the bus station literally at our doorstep makes commuting incredibly easy!

don't MOVE HERE!! First the walls are thin you can hear the person next door watching TV, listening to their music or having a conversation There's no privacy, mgmt sucks try about getting a personality guy, the appliances are cheap they keep breaking down. From my understanding the company who built the building did it cheaply and it shows THIN WALLS you hear everything..... mgmt doesn't care about their renters or their needs they could care less. Also, the dog run is disgusting There's no reason it should smell that bad. Not to mention if you have something breakdown like your toilet There's no one to fix the problem asap. Save your money don't rent here all your paying for is to be aggravated and have the manager ------------- look at you with a blank stupid stare when you have concerns. I wouldn't suggest it this building to my friends or family.

They lure you in with the rent specials, but what I'm having issues with is the building is like a cannabis plant. I smell cannabis throughout the day. Not only does my apartment reek of the odor, but the smell is also in my clothes because the smell is so strong. I wish someone had warned me of this before I moved in. Hopefully, this will help someone else. I'll continue to keep you posted.

Fast and polite maintenance team, nice office staff, and amazing views of the city and lake. Very convenient location for someone who likes to walk or who uses public transportation often. We love living at 1401.
