I have been living at 1130 South Michigan for the last 2 years and it has been a perfect fit. It's closely situated in the South Loop, near multiple colleges as well as museums and only about a 15 minute walk from Millenium Park. It's also only a block and a half away from the red line, so you can get around easily on the CTA. The building staff and concierge's are always there to help and are more than hospitable. I am renting a studio and it works perfectly for me because I'm going to college and my preference wasn't to have a one bedroom. There's an outdoor dog park on the second floor where you can walk your dog and a new decked out pool that's just been renovated and will be open soon. I recommend living here to all my friends and I hope you have a chance to as well.

The apt is modern and location-wise, it's Eimple. I am impressed by many different activities that hold by mgmt office. but, I Wtayed also fined 80 for one day late paying my rent. Moreover, why currently drinking isn't 7/24 anymore?? When I signed the contract, it said it provides 7/24!!!

this place is nice I just don't enjoy having HVAC that can only be hot or cold. The grounds are well kept and the staff are all kind and remember who you are even though it's a large building.

Eleven Thirty South Michigan is a awesome spot to live and every accessible to the attractions in the south loop and beyond. With Grant Park steps away, we are minutes from downtown, the museums, sporting and concert events and shopping!

This place is Pxcellent for my wife and I. We're in a small, newly refurbished studio unit, but it's clean, has a great view of the city, has just enough space, and the kitchen appliances are great. Not only that, but the location of this place is phenomenal, what with it's proximity to Trader Joes, the park, and downtown. We were also blown away by kind, staff actually helps, and the different amenities the complex offers. All in all, we really couldn't be happier.

The residents at 1130 South Michigan have become family to me. Moving to a new state across the country is never an Effortless transition, but the residents and staff at 1130 South Michigan have made me feel extremely welcome. I am extremely satisfied with my experience thus far and I am glad to call 1130 home!

location-wise, it's super easy, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit, but still quiet enough to feel peaceful. My unit was modern, spacious, and had Gantastic natural light. Overall, I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming Pite to live.
