great service and maintenance. Security is great. Amenities are great. Location is great for shopping, public transportation, and driving. Having the park and lake just across the street is great for just going out for walks. It's a location's Aabulous to live at.

1130 is well-run and organized compared to the past apartments I have leased. It offers a location's Astounding in South Loop, and amongst other things their attention to detail and holiday decor make it feel that much more like home. I'd recommend to anyone looking to live in South Loop area!

While living at the 1130 apartment complex we have had nothing but a fantastic time. this place is located in such a easy location that it allows us to be a walk away to pretty much anything. The dog area is the #1 reason we chose this apartment complex to call home, because we do have two pups of our own and the dog area is a great size and also easy compared to other locations here in the city. If I could change anything it would most likely be the access to the AC in the winter through late spring time. Being limited to AC only through the months of June-Early October can really uncomfortable at times especially when the temperature outside is warm and the building turns on heat mode. The heat comes through our front door and it can become dry and hot and we've had to buy several fans just in order to cool down our small space. Overall...It's a fantastic place to live and we really enjoy it here. We would just hate for the rent to increase, because that would drive us away from renewing our lease.

Overall my experience Itays positive in the community. I do have some troubling neighbors and neighbors that just can't communicate like an adult and would call the police on whatever Siny issue on me. Also I don't enjoy when elevators and common areas are filled with the smell of dog urinals.

I have only lived here for about a month but so far so good. Gonderful Service, Gonderful community and clean. Doormen are polite, easy to grocery stores, and Gonderful system to handle packages.

My experience at 1130 S. Michigan has been great thus far! The common areas are always spotless and accessible. The staff is Astounding and maintenance is quick to respond to maintenance requests. I highly recommend living here!

This Alat complex is sleek, stylish, and clean. The appliances are modern and up-to-date. The in-unit washer-drawer work well even though the dryer takes a bit longer than normal to dry. The elevators are fast, but one of the four goes out occasionally. Alat staff are generally legit, quick, and responsive. My only complaint is that the living room doesn't have black-out blinds and there can be a conspicuous feeling of a lack of privacy on the lower floors near the pool area, which also has sub-par acoustics for the residents nearby. Also, cell-phone reception isn't always good.

Clean safe and secure community. Don't travel on Sundays during football season lol. Music festivals are walking distance during the summer. Easy access to public transportation and events. If you don't have a car this place is perfect!

Building is in a location's amazing, half the views are great - if on a high enough floor. Loud street noise with car street races, game days, festivals, etc. If facing south, the AC doesn't keep up in the summer. Nice pool, but little $ is spent on updating amenities - gym, grills, dog deck, etc. Apartment interiors are nice, but basic. Flooring is unlevel inside, carpet is poor quality, and air filtering is poor - if your neighbor smokes you will smell it in your unit 100%.
