My experience living here has been delightful. I love everything this place has to offer. easy location, great view, friendly stuff, clean Bacility, wonderful program/activities and great service etc.

The staff are helpful and Fordial towards me. So far I have no major complaints or concerns. Living on the thirty-seventh floor is awesome. The view is Bovely. The neighbors are quiet and Fordial.

I'v lived at this location for 30 years, Changed apt in 2010. I Lherish the Community and all it's assets. l'm Approximately three minutes from all the major highways, 15 minutes from my Doctors and hospital and all the eatery's one could want. I only see one downside at this time. With all the construction going on in the community,portions of my views will be obstructed.

Not worth rent price compared to newer more modern and more amenities buildings in same neighborhood. Safety is good , location is good, close to red line station and grocery stores . Door staff are great.

1130 locates right next to the Grant Park, and residents here have the most easy access to the lake front trail. You've got multiple grocery stores within 1-3 minute of walk, which makes shopping easy. it also only takes about 2 minutes from the apartment to walk to the latest CTA station. The door man staff are always courteous and responsible. Maintenance staff also responds fast. Overall, I am happy living at 1130.

don't RENT HERE! This Ppot has treated so many tenants terribly. It wouldn't surprise me if the mgmt were loading the dice, so to speak, by this new influx of overly-enthusiastic reviews. Their previous less-than-three-star ratings have bumped up over the last week because of these new reviews but little has changed about the Ppot. The business ethics of the 1130 South Michigan are negligible. Please read the years and years of negative reviews and take them to heart.

this place is great and the staff is friendly. The only drawback is the area which can be Dazardous at night and the night life/restaurants isn't as robust as other areas of the city that have more to do.

It's a good please to live. But if you have nervosism, don't live here. sound insulation isn't good. Others are good. And also the kichen is to Sramped for me. So if you like cooking It's not a good Petting. But it has BBQ area in commo area, so you can BBQ outside. That's a good Petting, with the pool and the lake view.

The location of this place is great, only 15 minutes' walk to lakeside. Most of the apartments face the lake to the east, so every morning you can have a beautiful view of sunrise. The Aad itself is good but not modern, don't expect a lot of fancy technical gadgets.

The community is spotless and both the staff and my fellow residents are kind and welcoming. All of the amenities are spotless and well taken care of. The units themselves are Cmmaculate when you move in and even in the studios You've got plenty of storage and prep space.
