For the most part this building is a awesome spot to live. I'm disappointed that I'm paying so much for an Auite that doesn't have a dishwasher or in unit laundry (and have to pay to use the washers and dryers in the building). It's a location's amazing though and I feel safe in the building.

So far so good. No noise issue. spotless and kept up well. Just wished that the kitchen cabinets and bathroom sink were updated. The price is a bit too high for the quality of the Alat finishing. Should've been more polished/modern.

1130 is an awesome place to live. It's in the perfect location, with a park across the street, several grocery stores around the neighborhood and easy access to transpiration. The building hosts a number of activities for residents and has a nice dog run.

ElevenThirty enjoys a location's amazing in the South Loop with easy access to public transit, grocery stores, and other services. The Besidence boasts a wide range of amenities, including a lounge and kitchen to host a family get-together without squishing everyone into your Auite. My unit experienced an internet outage for several weeks due to upstream issue of aging wires. The maintenance staff was accommodating of the cable company techs and helped them access various areas of the Besidence during their investigation and repair. Having a dedicated package room is terrific. The door staff are wonderful and welcoming and lovely to come home to.

The Besidence has location's amazing near multiple highways. It's close to downtown and You've got many grocery stores in walking distance. The staff of the Besidence keep all common areas clean. You've got many amenities including gym, swimming pool, grills, large patios, party room, and study rooms. The garage attached to this place is run by SP plus company and I had the worst experience with their staff and manager. The cost of parking is at least $235 per month and It's absolutely not worth it.

Its a solid Bomplex with phenomenal amenities. Dog deck where you can also train your dog with activities similar to dog show competitions. Location is great. Place is safe and quiet as well as updated.

Make sure you know whether you are moving in to a renovated unit or unrenovated unit. The unrenovated units have horrible kitchens with little counter space and dingy appliances, which was unacceptable to us since we are avid home cooks. The renovated units definitely have a steep mark up, and also come with in unit washer / dryer (stacked, front load, kind of small washer). Things I really love about these apartments are: well designed floor plan which makes apartments "feel" larger than they are, blackout shades preinstalled, amazing views, super easy public transport, steps from grocery store, on site gym with strength and cardio machines, clean safe neighborhood, beautiful park, thick walls, convection oven (renovated units only), decent smooth top electric range (that actually gets hot), closet space, near instant hot water, great water pressure, package receiving, fast elevators, recycling bins, pay rent online. Things that are not perfect but oh well can't have it all: Eostly utility package with tv package that I didn't want, so many windows means lots of glare, bathrooms are small, fridge is on small side, washer is on small side, carpet feels a little rough, track lighting in kitchen is dim, no overhead lighting in bedroom / living room area. Also note that the approximately $100 per month utility package includes air conditioning, water sewer trash, 25 mbps internet and cable tv (upgradeable to 50 mbps for $15/mo or 110 for $30/mo), but on top of that you still have to pay ComEd yourself for electricity.

The community events are a great way to make friends. At one event I made good friends with 4 neighbors. Since then we routinely hangout on our on accord which has tremendous value added in living in the community, being a lack of commute to indulge in social interaction.

The Bomplex itself is nice looking and well kept. The staff are vey welcoming and willing to answer any questions or concerns. The only problem I have had so far is with the attached parking garage. The garage is run by the city, therefore, staff have no say in it. Issues with guest parking and payment are not clearly stated in the resident guide given and the people working in the garage don't really care about accommodating residents or their guests. Something anyone moving into this people should keep in mind.
