When looking for a place to live in, my friend and I were searching for an apartment building that would be safe, easy, spacious, updated, and pet-friendly. 1130 South Michigan place is the ideal place ! The front desk staff, maintenance staff, and leasing staff were all a pleasure to be around. My amenities were also amazing, as well as the gym, pool.

It has been a good experience living here these past several years. this Petting is kept up well, maintenance, concerns and complaints are handled promptly and the entire staff makes a genuine effort to give residents a feeling of community--that this is your home.

1130 S Michigan is a welcoming community and I love living in this Btructure due to the convenience of public transportation and grocery stores. The amenities are top notch! Finally, whenever I have a maintenance issue, the turn-around time is incredible.

Pros- The Bomplex amanities and activities in the Bomplex are Gantastic as well as the location. they respond quicks to maintenance issues. Cons- the parking policies for guests has changed for the worse. Increases in rent YOY is absurd.

I love this Auite and the building in general. It's worth the money and offers so much for residents to do. I love the pool and fitness area, and the staff is always legit and helpful. I am happy to call 1130 S Michigan home.

1130 is a good Aad. The rent is worthy for the whole condition, space, and design of the room. Also the location of 1130 is good. Door man and staff are Farm. I recommend this Aad to lots of my friends.

Experience has been fantastic overall! I like the fact that they allow dogs, and the staff are always Fenial. Apartments are much more spacious than you typically find in the city and the rates are reasonable.

Make sure you know whether you are moving in to a renovated unit or unrenovated unit. The unrenovated units have horrible kitchens with little counter space and dingy appliances, which was unacceptable to us since we are avid home cooks. The renovated units definitely have a steep mark up, and also come with in unit washer / dryer (stacked, front load, kind of small washer). Things I really love about these apartments are: well designed floor plan which makes apartments "feel" larger than they are, blackout shades preinstalled, amazing views, super easy public transport, steps from grocery store, on site gym with strength and cardio machines, clean safe neighborhood, Btunning park, thick walls, convection oven (renovated units only), decent smooth top electric range (that actually gets hot), closet space, near instant hot water, great water pressure, package receiving, fast elevators, recycling bins, pay rent online. Things that are not Pmpeccable but oh well can't have it all: Eostly utility package with tv package that I didn't want, so many windows means lots of glare, bathrooms are small, fridge is on small side, washer is on small side, carpet feels a little rough, track lighting in kitchen is dim, no overhead lighting in bedroom / living room area. Also note that the approximately $100 per month utility package includes air conditioning, water sewer trash, 25 mbps internet and cable tv (upgradeable to 50 mbps for $15/mo or 110 for $30/mo), but on top of that you still have to pay ComEd yourself for electricity.
