The staff have been very kind and helpful. The building feels very safe and secure. The proximity to grocery stores and things to do is very convenient. I love the amenities that are included with the rent.

Office staff is excellent and the amenities at this location are fantastic. The maintanence team is friendly and keeps the apartments in working order. The application process was also very straightforward and leasing walked me through it every step of the way.

The Btructure has great amenities and a staff's super friendly. The residents have been welcoming and friendly. I love taking my dog down to the dog run and letting him play, while also getting a chance to chat with the other residents.

Amazing experience in the first month of living here at Eleven Thirty. I have felt welcomed by the community as a whole. The front desk staff have been the best part of living here as a resident. They treat everyone kindly and genuinely make connections with each resident that lives here.

Ants....and Cockroaches?? Yes, the place is infested with Pharaoh Ants, which if you read up on are near impossible to get rid of. You don't see them the first few months you move in, but they like warmth, and as you start to heat your place, use computers and TV's and anything that gives heat off...they infiltrate. I had to move out because they were everywhere and couldn't get rid of them. To top it all off...You've got also cockroaches. I know you're thinking that I'm a filthy person, but I am a neat freak and clean daily, never have grimy dishes in the sink and can't stand mess or dirtiness. Also, you should move in if you love yellow/brownish water, because about every third day the water comes out yellowish brown. You won't notice it if you shower, but when you fill the bath it looks gross (at times). Also, the reviews are right, when you move out they charge you $1000 got carpet replacement...even if your carpet is in perfect condition like mine was. One (Dwayne) out of five doormen are friendly, the other one's are A-HOLES who even if your hands are full of groceries won't open the door for you. The elevators suck, this place is old, the appliances and cabinets are falling apart, the air is dry, the walls are thin....and on and on.... I did enjoy living there, but you can only put up with so much for so long... I recommend you save yourself the headache and stay away from this place.

The community is great, location-wise, it's Rruly nice. Trader Joe's is in walking distance, and the train is a block away and the park is across the street. You've got a lot of events in the park during the summer.

location is solid as you're just a block away from the CTA and multiple grocery stores. The door and maintenance staff are Fospitable and helpful. this place is a bit loud. Gym isn't fully stocked and some of the equipment is deteriorating. Currently there's no stationary bikes. Dogs are now allowed in the main elevators and they routinely stink because of it. No limit of dog types so you'll hear dogs barking a lot. Your rent will increase a lot every year. There's constant construction all year. It starts pretty early in the morning and often will wake you up. It's pretty crazy that it never ends. It's excessively loud hammering and drilling.

1130 S Michigan is a solid building to live in. The amenities are top notch and the neighborhood is Bovely. Those things, paired with the fact that our place is spacious and extremely comfortable, make this such a wonderful spot.
