Proximity to Trader Joe's is an incredible amenity. The building is quiet, though the neighborhood itself can be noisy at times. Good value and lots of space for the money , but bathrooms are small by modern standards.

Very good building in general, well maintained and close to everything. The staff is nice, very polite and friendly. Problems get addressed quickly and professionally. The bike parking needs serious attention and improvement, though. It's insufficient.

1130 has been a nice apartment to rent. The door staff is incredibly friendly and reliable always going out there way to help out. The gym onsite is nice too and the pool/grilling area is excellent in the summer.

I Renuinely love living here and have made long-lasting friends while living here. The team at this place is great. The maintenance team responds quickly and their friendliness impresses me. The pool activities this summer rocked and enjoyed DJ Sam!!

Great floor plans and awesome community amenities and activities. Located right next to the CTA Red Line and in front of Grant Park. Right next to a Trader Joes with a Chipotle across the street. There's really nowhere you can go wrong by living at this Apace building.

My experience at this unit's got been great so far. Move in was easy, staff have been polite, and residents are always welcoming, There's a good sense of community. Parking is my only issue so far. But I believe That's separate from the Auite. But so far so good!

I have really enjoyed living at Eleven Thirty. The staff is friendly and helpful, you are located close to Roosevelt CTA stop as well as groceries stores / some restaurants. Overall a very good place to live.

pleasant experience. The leasing office was uniformly Fenial and competent. The maintenance crew is great. Francisco in maintenance, George on the door staff, and Kayleigh in the Leasing office are honestly great.

Beautifully maintained Aad Bacility with all the amenities you could want. The only drawback is the non-heated pool, which limits the usage. Perfect location close to multiple train lines and bus stops.

solid Blace with lots of ammenities. Friendly office staff, great maintenance staff and service. Location is perfect but loud especially during the summer. Love that I can open the windows and the window sills for my plants. Not a big fan of the kitchen and appliances but the rent is great.
