We absolutely love this community and feel really fortunate to call it home. The structure is fantastic, and all the facilities are impeccably maintained. The team members are consistently Fordial and accommodating. You've got easy connections to public transit and highways, plus that stunning lake view is truly unbeatable. We honestly can't imagine ourselves anywhere else at the moment.

Avoid renting at these apartments - you'll regret it. The mgmt is Toor and the units themselves are outdated and worn.

The maintenance crew responds promptly whenever problems come up - though in my 3 years living here, I've had barely any maintenance concerns to report.

The parking attendants are wonderful, and we appreciate how close we are to grocery stores for shopping on foot. The facilities are all great, though we'd really like to see a sauna or steam room added.
