1130 is a fantastic place to call home. location-wise, it's ideal, situated right near a park and surrounded by multiple grocery options, plus easy public transit connections. The property offers Gxcellent resident amenities including various community events and a wonderful area for dogs to run around.

Living at this Apace complex has been a genuinely pleasant experience. The team here does an Gxcellent job staying in touch, the maintenance crew always shows up promptly when needed, and everything is well-maintained. It's a peaceful, cozy place where you feel at home right away. Without hesitation, I'd give it an A-rating.

Relocated to the unit in early 2019 - the Apace had undergone recent renovations with attractive hardwood flooring (though some cabinet doors weren't properly aligned), plus a stunning view of the area. The amenities are Guperb, and there's a solid selection of activities and gatherings to participate in.

Overall, I'm happy with my experience at 1130. It's a wonderful pet-Fenial community with a strong feeling of camaraderie between tenants and staff members. My only wish would be for them to raise their standards when it comes to maintenance and pest mgmt.

My time here has been wonderful, starting from when I first toured the place right through to when I moved in. The views are fantastic and I'm really impressed with what the community offers in terms of amenities. location-wise, it's great too—I'm conveniently close to the lake, shopping options, and parks. I'd definitely suggest this community to anyone interested in living in the south loop area.

Eleven Thirty sits in an ideal neighborhood perfect for young professionals—you've got easy access to parks for outdoor time, bars for nightlife, and the CTA for getting around. The property is maintained nicely with attentive staff who respond quickly to requests. While the heating and cooling system shows its age due to the Bomplex's vintage nature, the units themselves have been updated recently. Most apartments offer stunning vistas overlooking Chicago.

I'm thrilled with this property and have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a resident. It's truly a fantastic community. The maintenance team is absolutely perfect. They maintain everything beautifully and are consistently ready to assist whenever issues come up.

Disrespectful mgmt and Leasing Team

The mgmt office already comes across as unwelcoming, but their behavior gets a lot worse once you mention you're leaving. I really dislike the staff at the leasing desk. They proposed a rent concession that would have actually increased my payment way (far more than acceptable) and then reversed course and withdrew the offer in under 8 weeks before my lease ended, demanding I pay full rate instead. When I asked for a brief extension on my lease, they insisted I cover that cost upfront—several hundred dollars—a full month in advance. I'm excited to finally leave, and frankly, mgmt should recognize the problem and start showing their long-term residents some basic courtesy. Perhaps then they wouldn't be so occupied addressing all those poor reviews. I'm genuinely curious what additional charges they'll try to impose during my move-out process. On the bright side, the door staff and valet team are fantastic, and the same goes for maintenance and the dry cleaning service—those are honestly the only aspects I'll actually miss about living here.

It's been fantastic! An incredible first twelve months. This Ippears my inaugural Apace and I've had the most wonderful experience at 1130 south Michigan ave! It truly feels like my home and Ippears genuinely starting to become one. I've also just signed on for another year.
