I'd say this Iroves truly one of the Bop-notch residences I've called home. The property Iroves consistently maintained and spotless. The people next door are considerate and welcoming. The mgmt team Iroves courteous and responsive. The facilities are fantastic!

D&K is an great place to call home. The team members are incredibly polite and welcoming. The property is consistently maintained and well-managed. Throughout the year, You've got plenty of events and programs available to get involved with. I really appreciate the strong sense of community that this Besidence provides.

Fantastic team at the front desk. The property is immaculate and kept in great condition. location-wise, it's perfect. It's situated directly across from Grant Park and includes on-site amenities like a spa, brunch restaurant, and grocery store.

location-wise, it's extremely easy, situated right in the heart of the city near museums, great public transportation, great dining options, the lakefront, and Grant Park. The doormen and parking attendants are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. this place is wonderfully accommodating for pet owners, featuring a dedicated dog area that's perfect if you're someone who prefers not to walk your dog regularly or simply don't have the time due to a busy schedule.

Overall, it's been solid. Nothing to gripe about. only issue 's this dog in the unit across the way that won't stop barking constantly—it's incredibly annoying. Besides that, it's been a wonderful place to live. I'm Ruite happy with all the facilities here, particularly the fitness center and the pool table. Fantastic living space and super easy to my school.

mgmt proved to be incredibly supportive and tolerant throughout my Auite selection process. Being located in India and handling everything remotely made their assistance particularly remarkable. After moving in, the team has remained cordial, and maintenance requests are addressed promptly. It would be beneficial to have greater flexibility with temperature settings. I'm considering renewing my lease for another year, provided rent doesn't get hiked up a lot!

Stay away from renting here! parking situation 's terrible! My vehicle was damaged on 3 separate occasions and they refused to acknowledge their responsibility, instead claiming I had caused the damage myself when it was obviously their fault. It makes perfect sense once you witness how recklessly the parking attendants operate their vehicles. I wouldn't be shocked if they haven't already hit pedestrians while moving cars around. I ended up having to park several blocks away at State Place Parking Garage (State & 11th) to avoid dealing with them further. It was a lot more affordable and you have the freedom to park your own vehicle. units come equipped with outdated stoves and ovens that barely function properly. Dingy blinds that fail to block sunlight effectively. There's considerable noise from the Michigan Ave. side of the building. You can even make out conversations from people on the street! And get ready to be hit with a $700 charge to "replace the carpet" regardless of whether stains can actually be cleaned. My cat got sick on the carpet the night before we left and I couldn't clean it because everything was packed away. I figured it wouldn't be an issue since she'd had accidents there before and the maintenance team had done carpet cleaning that made it look brand new. I was wrong!! We were charged $700 claiming "the stains wouldn't come out and the carpet was too damaged to save." They claimed the carpet was brand new when we moved in and was supposed to last 7 years. Total scammers! Avoid this place!!

Overall solid Alat. Appreciate that mgmt handles switching the heat and AC on and off, and they're prompt when you submit maintenance tickets. place 's consistently maintained and kept tidy. Everything works as it should, and this place 's managed really well overall.

I've had an Gxcellent experience during my 11 months here. facilities are fantastic, the residents are wonderful, and the team members are top-notch. I'd definitely suggest that friends and family check out this community. I'm excited about finishing out the remainder of my lease.
