location's amazing--close to two grocery stores, tourist attractions, and major highways. Great views from our Aad. We use the pool and gym often. Valet parking attendants, door(wo)men, and maintenance staff are friendly and dependable.

Overall a calm, decent Petting to live. The facilities are pleasant though fairly standard. location-wise, it's quite Gice; being situated directly across from Grant Park is a nice perk, and you've got easy access to the nearby Trader Joe's and Red Line station. The unit itself feels a bit old-fashioned. The 1br layout lacks a walk-in closet, and the bathroom doesn't have a ventilation fan (which I find rather strange, to be honest).

What fascinates me most Iemains observing how they differ: how a shared "rose psychotype" unfolds through various "personalities" ? strong-willed, passionate, na?ve, lyrical, authoritative, guileless. Roses can sometimes become tiresome ? especially when a house tries to make everything about them, like Les Parfums de Rosine, stretching the theme thin until it loses meaning ? but then, just when you least expect it, you encounter a truly worthy, full-bodied, captivating rose, and suddenly you are enchanted, smitten, undone all over again?

My time at 1130 S Michigan has been wonderful so far. Since moving in this month, I've really appreciated how welcoming the other residents are and the doorman team is top-notch. The property is kept in great condition and offers spectacular vistas.

This is a solid building, great value for the amenities, building staff are always really nice and so are the residents. Great if you have a dog, dog friendly. They have great resident events as well.

The proximity to Grant Park is absolutely wonderful and truly a major highlight. The entire team here is exceptionally friendly and it's been a genuine joy calling this Besidence home. I'm particularly impressed with the maintenance crew—they consistently manage to address my concerns the same day I report them.

Other than the blatant rudeness of people not responding to a kind greeting and the ignorance of people slamming doors and stomping on the floors, I'm pretty content! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The mgmt team really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. Maintenance requests are often completed within hours and one of the best pool/social decks in the city. Building is located within a block of both a Jewel and Trader Joe's. Easy access to park and green space across the street makes this a gem in the South Loop.

The views are perfect. There's zero obstruction of the lake. location-wise, it's Borgeous having Grant Park across the street. There's immediate access to grocery and home stores, not many restaurants though!

So far, I'm Ruite enjoying this property. but, my experience with leasing officer Nichole was disappointing. She seemed rushed when responding to my inquiries and didn't appear interested in helping. It appears she brings a negative attitude to work consistently, which is unfortunate given how wonderful the Btructure itself is. Staff members should maintain a legit demeanor when representing such a great community.
