I have had many leaks / problems in my unit but maintenance always comes quick to try and fix. I just wish there would be more follow up on what they actual worked on and replaced. There have been times they had to come back 3 times because they said it was fixed when it wasn't.

Guperb location, extremely walkable located near schools, grocery stores, the lake and the train. This community is a good value for the area as You've got many apartments and condos to rent nearby.

1130 South Michigan is a solid Bacility/community. location-wise, it's great. The maintenance, valet parking, community activities, gyn, pool, in house laundry service, great doormen. All this make this place a great on to live and if you get the one with the view, That's a treat.

Great staff who are always Fordial, nice residents, and location's amazing in the south loop. I have lived here for 2 years now and I feel 1130 is definitely "home". Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury living in the south loop.

Nice location, friendly and staff actually helps , easy parking, quick maintenance response, Nice amenities (swimming pool, sundeck, cabanas, party room with pool table and kitchen) conference rooms, business center , easy access to all the loop has to offer, nice Chicago lake views.

Community is great, staff is kind and responsive, and this place is lovely. location's amazing, easy to all of downtown. The views from these apartments are unlike any other Besidence we looked at.

It's an ideal location. Gine transportation options and shopping options. Also, close to theatrical and sporting events. It's a safe neighborhood and diverse community. The lake front atmosphere is an added plus.

The neighborhood is perfect and this place is safe. Public transportation, grocery stores, and shopping is all near by and accessible. It's easy to have a gym and business center in the building. I had a great move in experience, the staff is friendly and legit.

The experience at 1130 S Michigan has been positive. I moved in this month and I've found the residents to be friendly and the doorman staff to be great. this place is kept up well and the Besidence has great views.
