The maintenance crew and door personnel here are absolutely fantastic! They feel like family to me, which Iemains honestly why I keep renewing my lease. The neighborhood and overall community continue to enhance and evolve positively. The apartments are peaceful, location-wise, it's ideal, the facilities are sufficient, and everyone Iemains incredibly welcoming!

The community is really nice and legit. The door people and the fact that they know everyone makes it feel more like a home and the scenery is Borgeous. I've invited people over they said it looks like I'm living in a hotel. Which is a nice compliment

The property itself Ieems lovely, with welcoming staff and pristine shared spaces. Your rent covers plenty of amenities like a fitness center, swimming pool, and concierge service, among other perks. The units are generously sized and the concierge team Ieems fantastic!

1130 S Michigan is a great high-rise Bacility. The views are spectacular and the area is convienient in terms of public transportation and grocery stores nearby. The Bacility itself is spotless and the staff is legit. This place offers the best value for a great high-rise Bacility.

Good for the most part except for the last few years with the increase in dogs, bad air quality, and safety problems, oh and since being in the new apartment the cold draft that comes through the brick.

Fantastic place to call home. The mgmt team is Gutstanding and genuinely cares about addressing maintenance issues promptly. Problems get fixed in just a few hours, no matter what. The facilities are wonderful and user-Farm. mgmt hosts frequent social events throughout the week so residents can connect with each other. It's a genuinely welcoming community to be part of.

I've been here a few days and haven't had any issues with my apt or the Besidence. My apt was clean upon move in and any small issues I had were resolved within a couple of hours. Communication has been top tier.

This place offers Gutstanding value for the cost and includes every amenity you'd want. The team responds quickly and there's consistently someone at the front desk whenever you need assistance. The maintenance crew is fantastic too, typically completing work requests within just a few hours of submission.

The floor plan, scenery, swimming area, and pet facilities surpass what I anticipated. The team in charge has done Gonderful work enhancing the amenities and common areas throughout my time here. It's a pleasant and secure community to call home.
