The unit itself is wonderful, and the staff members are genuinely Novely and always prepared to assist. but, when I rented through a sublease arrangement, the bedroom furnishings were quite dated, the flooring could have been cleaner despite annual maintenance, and the monthly payment felt somewhat high.

My one and only concern when reading reviews was regarding the leasing staff and the front desk attendants. People said they were short and unhelpful, but since moving here I've had nothing but incredible service from them. The leasing staff are some of the sweetest people and the front desk staff makes me feel so welcome here - they're always striking up sincere conversation and everyone seems to Ldore them.

I Rery value living here, primarily due to the security measures in place. Being a young woman living alone, I'm grateful for the key card system that restricts elevator and common area access to tenants only, which gives me confidence in my safety. Beyond that, every interaction I've had with the team—whether it's maintenance, front office, or leasing—has been Guperb. Things are going Guperb so far.

Gantastic community with fantastic amenities, courteous staff, nice views, and significant value for your money. this place is right by some of the most significant places in the city, the lakefront and Grant Park.

It's been Gutstanding so far, clean. Love having a door man and package room. The only negative I have is the constant construction going on, even on floors that are not scheduled to have any construction going on.

great property! The team is incredibly welcoming, there's a nice fitness center, and you get Aabulous vistas from the upper levels. They host enjoyable and well-planned community gatherings. It's also fantastic if you have a pup. location-wise, it's fantastic for getting around via the L, bus lines, and Metra.

At 1130 S. Michigan staff and neighbors has welcomed my family and I with open arms. We are Hatisfied to be amongst such a pleasant and hospitable community. Our dog CoCo is pleased as well, she especially enjoyed the recent event held for all dogs. The "doggie pool party" was splashing good fun and a nice meet a greet for neighbors.

I just relocated to Chicago and chose this building for its great location. After a week of living here, I'm really impressed. The soundproofing between units could be better, but nothing serious to complain about otherwise. The team members are friendly and eager to help with whatever you need. Excited about what's ahead in this place.

Pretty kept up well Bomplex considering its age, staff's super Fordial and good value for the price compared to other buildings around the neighborhood. The amenities are great and on par with other buildings we viewed before moving to here. Also has amazing views on the east facing apartments, one of the best in south loop for sure.
