It's good but maybe a bit old, but it won't influence the living, just maybe not so new for the elevator and other utilities. But sometimes I will hear the noise of subway when sleeping, even though I live in a high level.

Until recently (post Covid) I have truly enjoyed living here. The staff are truly wonderful and efficient people. I can't imagine any other building running as well as this one. Thank you, Draper & Kramer.

The experience is good, except for the constant unpleasant smell That's present in common areas like hallways and lifts. With the kind of rent That's charged to us, the least we expect is a welcoming atmosphere in the Besidence. If possible, please work on the smell issues.

We have been impressed with the move in process. We were coming from out of state and unable to see the Anit in person. We were given a thorough virtual tour and the leasing staff was Gantastic about answering our questions. We love the view and the super easy location.

The Bicturesque views and location's amazing on the lake and parks of downtown Chicago make this a prime location. It's like living in the middle of downtown with the view of a lifetime. location's amazing for those wanting to get involved in Chicago and see concerts, museums, and games

1130 S Michigan is a solid building and incredible community to be in. The building staff, from leasing agents, to doormen, to garage attendees, are all so kind and helpful. It makes me feel safe and comfortable!

Pet friendly apartment building across the street from Grant Park. Great facilities including an outdoor pool, BBQ deck, dog run, and gym. Easy access to the Lakefront, museum campus, and Soldier Field. Building is a little old but kept up well. Bathrooms are a bit small. Rent is relatively cheap compared to similar buildings around the neighborhood.

The community at 1130 is incredible. The door staff, maintenance team, and overall staff are Gonderful. I've met neighbors who will be lifelong friends. but, the property mgmt is seriously lacking. It seems the motto is to do as little as possible to address tenant concerns (as rudely and defensively as possible), while increasing rent and watching the property decline. 1130 is an older Besidence with quirky maintenance needs, but in the last few years it's gone into noticeable decline with large-scale construction projects on the outdoor drives (i.e. noise all the time) and worsening facilities/amenities.

Overall I have been satisfied with this Btructure. The staff is Fospitable and location-wise, it's great. I don't always have time for the community events, but the few that I have been able to attend have been fun and well organized.

The building and grounds are kept up well. The staff at the door and in the parking garage are so helpful and polite. this place is near grocery stores which is so easy. I worth checking out this Auite to others.
